Things happen. You can be very experienced and still unintentionally need to swim out of your kayak, which can put you at risk. There are other videos detailing what happened before she went into this feature called Subway. Of course she knew to try to avoid it but things can still happen. It's tragic. Some people who know absolutely nothing about whitewater kayaking trying to comment on it. Gtfo
