    First of all, thank you and others that upload workout videos on youtube for free. I have been binging videos for the last couple of weeks to finally get more active and fix my lower back. It's nice to just get started without needing any expensive gear (like weights skyrocketed since the pandemic). Also your positive attitude and smile is really contagious. Keep catching myself smiling while watching your videos :D

    5:35 I am 73 and have hip bursitis. I do Legs Against the Wall every other day for about 40 minutes. Pull the legs away from the wall and it becomes a powerful core exercise. I believe it is helping with neuropathy too.

      My family doctor gave me some steroid pills and they helped the left hip somewhat. Then I went to the hip doctor and he sent me to therapy - useless waste of time. I got better advice on the internet.
      And my right shoulder also got bursitis. The right shoulder doctor gave me a shot. It was not as painful as I thought it was going to be, but useless.
      This all started from shoveling two feet of snow a couple hours a day for three days in the cold. Okay, stupid move. But what concerns me is that it really hasn't healed in about a year?? I live near Scott Air Base in Illinois and they are constantly spraying heavy metals and other toxic chemicals to control the weather or whatever.
      I have been looking into moving to a beach in the Philippines, but the plandemic and shots are delaying that.

      @Jibba Jabba This is interesting Jibba. I have found that I sleep better with less pain on top of my flannel sheets than under them??
      It's just not as toasty.

    I'm glad you reminded me about legs against the wall. That one feels so good to me.
    I also like to do something for hip and spine extension at night. Even though my work is not full-time sitting, I always end up spending a few hours on the computer and usually another one or two driving. Even a simple standing backbend, squeezing my shoulder blades together and looking up feels really relieving at the end of the day.

    I am so glad i suscribed these exercises help so much and having rheumatiod arthritis it is a big game changer for me ,i love to walk and include it as excercise after work ,walking to the bus stop or the supermarket, my early hours starting work does not permit ,so i squeeze in every opportunity i get and on my days off

I like your style. To get this cut what do you suggest I tell the hairdresser. Would I be right in saying it's a layered/saggy lob? I hope you don't mind me asking.     Stretching and wine to end the day a perfect combination I’m going to add this to the other nighttime video stretched. I should sleep like a baby, although when my kids were babies they never slept

    Love all this stretches. Hi Dr Kristie, @Dr. Kristie where was I?? How come I only come across you today?? Anyways, question. I was a gymnast before, but after I got my son through ceasarian, I felt my lower abs tightened and I can do bridge from standing anymore. Any way to get that flexibility back?

      There could certainly be multiple issues causing this. I often see that my patients have developed scar tissue and need some soft tissue work to help.

    Really trying to see something for the quads. Since I've gotten a little older, I strain my quads (specifically the inner) each time I run sprints. It's annoying, and slow healing
