Asakusa's 76-year-old restaurant is very popular among businessmen!

The restaurant we asked to photograph this time is "Daisho-Ken," one of the oldest and most established restaurants in Asakusa.
Walking around Asakusa-bashi Bridge, we found the restaurant crowded with customers even though it was past 2:00 pm We thought it was quite an unusual restaurant, so we went through the curtain and asked to photograph it.
Since its establishment in 1946, the noodles and gyoza dumpling skins are all made in the restaurant with a lot of time and effort.
I had the umani soba, which, as the name suggests, was a delicious soba with the flavor of the ingredients locked in a thickened broth.
It is a wonderful restaurant that is overflowing with love for both the food and the chefs.

Hi again! Amazing that this shop was established since 1946 and still continue to make their own dumpling skin! Home made is always better. The shop gives off a warm, cosy feeling. It is a family restaurant and I love that! Food look delicious, so many choices to choose from. Good that you get to taste the delicious looking soba!
