The mark of a good cook.... He TASTES his food as hes making it!
I also love the perfect tandem of 1st and 2nd cooks. One is just pumping out massive amounts of fresh prep and the other is just as quickly turning it into food.
I wish I could get stuff like this in my town..... If it were not for the authentic sushi restaurant and Japanese bar that magically appeared one day I would have shot myself because of food boredom.

A great Chef certainly, one doesn't really need any talking, but it would be nice to see text of the various ingredients as they are added. Great seeing the deep frying of veg, then rinse with hot water. So nice to have fresh ingredients all cooked to perfection like this. One can learn a lot from just watching the team in this recording. Wonderful, I'm sure everything tastes delicious.

I pay attention to detail. You do not spill beaten eggs all over the counter, floor, etc. Great job, chef. You are a great example of how a kitchen should be run. And your foods look delicious.
