Depends on the model. P320 does need one, whereas the P365 XMacro doesn't, so it just ships without a spring.
Please make some of these for the SIG P220 in 45acp

Yes, it should fit the 17 round mags with the XGrip.

We're working on gold! We have a trigger install on our site and channel.
How does this work with a California 10rd mag anyone try it?
It likely doesn't work, because the spring is narrower and it could bend or kink.
