The scene where Frieza and Cell watch Goku fight Buu in Hell is actually filler. It wasn't apart of the manga, so Frieza wouldn't remember seeing Goku's new power in the main canon.
People are always like "why do you even care if it's filler, just enjoy the show"
This is why. Cause you get to stuff later that doesn't make sense unless you know the earlier stuff wasn't real.

Frieza wasn't dead in the Nemek saga, he was just severally hurt. Then Trunks killed in the android arc. Then years have passed and they brought him back. At this point has been brought back more times then even Krillin.

Jaco is actually the main character of another one of Toriyama's manga series, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman. The story of his manga takes place before the original Dragon Ball series (before Goku came to Earth). In fact, Jaco was sent to Earth because the Galactic Patrol picked up on Goku's spaceship and had Jaco prevent him from reaching Earth, but Jaco crash-landed on the Moon and was sent hurling towards the Earth, and his ship got damaged, thus he was unable to prevent Goku's ship from arriving.
Super Saiyan Blue is when They go super saiyan while they are in the super saiyan Red/God form
I look at it like SSG is the base form of God. The red hair doesn't get spiky it looks like his base form hair
Ok, so as we saw in the movie, Goku does not have to transform into a Super Saiyan God before transforming into Super Saiyan Blue because he reached a new state of being called Super Saiyan Beyond God. In this state, Goku is in his base form but can use divine energy, it's in this state that he can transform into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Super Saiyan Blue).

The red one from the last movie isn't actually a ssj form but the base state (that's why the hair stays the same) with gods ki, in this movie they introduced the ssj 1 state with god's ki, called "super saiyan god super saiyan", later renamed in the anime as super saiyan blue for short
Jaco was originally from a prequel comic where he was sent to prevent Goku from arriving on Earth, but gets caught up in adventures with Bulma's sister and some other scientist. This is is first appearance in the series proper.
Toriyama claimed Jaco was his favorite character.

Gotta watch Dragon ball, the kamehameha wave is called "turtle wave" master roshi is the turtle hermit. He invented it. The god characters are obviously neutral, gods are supposed to be neutral. They do as they see fit. Pilaf is not from namek he's a goofy db villan. Frieza doesn't know who kid trunks is as well.
The kamehameha is the kamehameha cuz kamé sennin ? Your turtle wave thing is just USA who need to traduct everything without keeping a single word in japaneses even changed the name of all the ki technique but yeah... no... They are no "turtle wave" and no techno music with rock goth in dragon ball.
Frieza is one of only 2 characters I've ever seen that's so blatantly racist it loops back around to being endearing. The other is Uncle ruckus from the boondocks.
As others have said, the blue form is basically combining the super Saiyan god form/divine energy with the transformation of super Saiyan, applying the power boost of the super Saiyan to the divine power of the super Saiyan god, though notably it doesn't create an orange form, though red and yellow mixing does make orange.
Frieza doesn't have enough power to stay in his golden form, but he's still powerful enough in his regular form to match Goku after his power boost from the god form. He has more than enough power to destroy the Earth.
Of course monkey is a slur but not completely because he actually knows them to be monkeys 😂😂
Just so you know, Goku and Vegeta can still transform into the Super Saiyan God we see in the Battle of Gods. The Blue hair dye is just the super saiyan version of that form.

You keep thinking people are left handed because they always jab with the left but in combat people have their dominant hand hang back and jab with their non-dominant since their dominant hand can deliver more power it has the most distance from the opponent, it just doesn’t make sense to have your strong hand up front and not let it build up kinetic energy to hit your opponent.
Best way to explain god ki for Goku and Vegeta red hair they're using god ki in their base form. Blue hair is mixing god ki with their super Saiyan form.

Super Saiyan blue is what happens when you use the Super Saiyan God form with the 50x multiplier of Super Saiyan with complete ki control so despite you being in a more powerful form you can also treat it like if it was simple Super Saiyan. For example in base form they can drop their power level down to zero they can't do that in Super Saiyan form but they can in Super Saiyan blue because of the ki control.
Basically frieza suffered the same problem on namek when he went 100% full power he never had to use 50% of his true power let alone 100% goku knew this when he asked can your body handle the stress from all that power and yeah frieza had the upper hand for a bit but gokus stamina caught up with him thus goku beat him coz frieza underestimated the situation

Ok, so to explain this one. Pilaf is a Monster/Human Hybrid, Monsters exist in this world and Pilaf is the descendant of a Monster. It's very possible he could be related to Garlic and Garlic Jr., but their similar appearance is never explained, probably because Garlic Jr. is not canon, so it wasn't important enough to explore that. But if Pilaf is a Monster Human Hybrid, it seems from his appearance that Garlic Jr. is a Monster/Human Hybrid too. Also, to Steph, Frieza only appeared in the Cooler movie in a flashback where Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta. Frieza being dead is the reason Cooler has a movie, the movie is called Cooler's Revenge.
Fun Fact Toriyama Made Battle Of Gods because of the horrible Dragon Ball Evolution movie cause he didn’t want that to be the last memory of DragonBall in the big lights and he made this cause Battle of Gods was so successful then he started working on Super and other stuff before he passed RIP

Ok, I'm gonna go ahead and say it. It is worth watching the Dragon Ball Super version of this Frieza arc because Goten and Trunks are in that one, Frieza does interact with Trunks and we see the return of another old villain during the fight. I didn't want to spoil anything by saying that, but felt like I had to mention it because you're going to skip over it. The Super version also shows more of Goku and Vegeta's training and it just reveals a lot more that the movie was missing. I feel like the movie gave them the opportunity to fill in some gaps. So if you ask me, I think you should start at episode 16. There are only 11 episodes of the Frieza arc, then after that, a brand new story begins.
Vegeta beating frieza was longer in the series but unfortunately the animation was ass

most DB characters are named after some food. Originally I thought Sorbet was named after Senbei (japanese rice cracker snacks) but then I learned later that sorbet is a dessert actually.

Resurrection F is my less favorite of the modern Dragon Ball movies. The Lazer hurting Goku wasn't my favorite. People did complain about that. I am glad the others did fight in this movie as well and not just Goku. It was still good though
In the anime episodes, Goku powered down to his base level and then got hit which makes more sense. Don't know why they did it this way in the movie.

They weren't saying that Goku and Vegeta HAD to work together to win, they were only saying that they would easily win if they worked together . They never needed to actually work together to win .
Battle of Gods feels aimless but it is coming back from a break and does introduce a whole new set of characters, gives an idea where the series might go. Resurrection ends how it started, recycles Freeza, and it almost feels like Goku wasn't needed. It's also the second movie in a row turned into an extended season so people were pissed.
Piccolo's turban and cape are weighted
Yeah it was Kinda no point in learning SSJ3 we learned this in DBZ in the Buu Saga, that form simply takes up too much power too quickly the most they'll be able to hold uo that form is for about 20 maybe 30mins tops.
I dont think you quite grasp how easily the DBZ mains like Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, Frieza etc can destroy a planet now. Frieza could do it with one finger in the old DBZ, in his first form. He's multitudes of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of times more powerful in Super, he (and Goku and Vegeta etc) could destroy the planet by tapping it with their finger, effortlessly.
Um Gohan,Goten,Trunks, all 3 of them can easily blow up a planet too not too mention Piccolo, if he can blow up a moon he can blow up a planet.

A common misconception is that vegeta doesn’t know how to go ssj3, he been unlocked the form he just doesn’t use it because its not an ideal transformation. Vegeta is smarter than goku when it comes to knowledge on ki but you wont find that out for years to come if you read the manga. Also i wanna point out vegeta attained SSG & SSB on his own with sheer willpower and didn’t need the ritual
It’s like how when he calls out Future Trunks for the ultra buff form. He sees the power boost, but the increased Stamina loss isn’t worth it.

Resurrection F may not be the strongest sequel to battle of gods but i think its a fun story and really awesome to watch in theaters at least in my opinion.
Krillin is the strongest human on earth, dont count him out. He isnt on the level of super sayians or piccolo. But he can body a lot of people. Also the blue hair is super sayian god super sayian. It is when goku turns super sayian while in his God form.
Yes Whis is indeed stronger than Beerus, he's his teacher. I believe he's the 2nd fastest being in this universe and the 5th strongest.

Whis is the overseer of the god of destruction of this universe (universe 7). He is responsible for training, controlling Beerus and on reporting on his activities to the top god of the multiverse. It's safe to assume he also has say on picking next god of destruction. He is called an angel in this setting.

Goku and Vegeta's blue forms are not their own variation of Super Saiyan God. Not technically. They still have the red form. The blue form is basically the red form, but with Super Saiyan brought into it as well. So they are basically going Super Saiyan while in their God form. Considering that, it makes Freeza's gold form look even greater. Freeza's "final" form is weaker than Goku's base form, but his gold form then takes him past all 3 Super Saiyan forms and God form straight to the Blue form. That's kind of nuts.

So the "pink" one you saw it. You might be thinking of an image of super saiyan god with a different hue, but most likely you're thinking of the kaioken, the transformation goku used against vegeta and frieza before becoming a super saiyan

Super Sayan and Super Sayan God emit different energy. Super Sayan as we know them (gold) multiply their life force (Ki), giving them the gold aura. Goku Red emits God energy, which is different to Ki. Add the same type of energy multiplication and instead of base goku turning Gold, you get red goku turning blue. They call it Super Sayan God Super Sayan... that's a mouthful...and stupid... lol As for SS3 Vegeta, he simply skipped it. It is implied that he thought the form was too flawed to mess around with and simply moved past the Ki energy straight to God energy.
Its a slur for saiyans since they can turn into great apes at a full moon when they have their tail.

It would be helpful to you to find all the old relevant info from db and dbz so common lore knowledge isn't lost on you like MASTER ROSHI being the teacher of the turtle hermit style and his students whom you can identify by having an orange gi at some point in the series, (yamcha and krillin stop wearing them), and Gohan gets 1 like Goku briefly but is not a turtle school student
I know people told you skip the first 30 episodes of super but there a few small difference between the anime and the movie you could check them out in your own time

The weaknesses mentioned are also each their own. being to wound up and tense is Vegeta's weakness and being too relaxed and overconfident is Goku's. Also the Title of a god of destruction as opposed to being a self-proclaimed god of destruction are 2 different things. Beerus is a God so gods usually have a hierarchy like multiple gods. and then higher ups etc. self-proclaimed status is what an evil person would do when they feel their powers rival a gods. also if i remember properly Freiza was modeled after a Gecko. in particular the leopard gecko. Monkey is a slur for saiya-jins because they transforms into giant monkeys when they look at the full moon. to explain blue. Super Saiyan God is like a new BASE form[akin to black hair goku]. Blue is being in god form[the red one] and being able to transform into a super saiyan while doing so. revenge of cooler is strictly cooler. it looks like freiza but its cooler in a similar form to freiza's final form.

Maybe the show is biased, Earth does have amazing food but idk if that's just because I grew up on Earth and have a taste for DNA, what's food like from other planets or is Earth just uniquely arable and fewer poisonous plants than a more tropical planet? We do see other planets from the multiverse but we never get like a cooking competition, would love to have seen Toriyama or an understudy BS his way through a Food Wars episode.
