Been wearing the back defender for a few years. Depends on your set up. Cant wear external at all so it was my only choice. After years of experience with it...best money I ever spent...
Back defender has an external set up as well. In addition. Smaller front components for us skinny guys.
90% of set up time issues can be remedied by watching the free instructional DVD that comes in the box.
I just purchased the Blauer suspension system can’t wait to try it. Our agency just approved blauer armor skin with molle it was a kind of meet in the middle between top brass and us street guys. Makes life a whole lot easier not dealing with short stays and being able to skip my vest off whenever

Thanks for the video. While my agency doesn’t necessarily allow for an external vest, our policy doesn’t disallow it also. I’m leaning more toward the blauer . Being a supervisor, I’m in the office ,more than in the field. Being able to remove my vest when in the office is a nice set up for me.
Can't wait to use the external suspenders I work Armed Security and we just got allowed to wear outer carriers. Can't wait to take some of this weight off my lower back

if you dont like the extra height on the weapon draws, you can get a low ride holster.

unfortunately many departments dont allow external suspenders :(
I know man, I think it is crazy for departments that don’t have external vests or carriers as an option

@@kayannhenry Sad you think Cops are Great. They as a whole or an idea that is great. However, A good Cop cannot exist if he allows bad Cops. No Cops in Heaven. They the same as Nazi and ISIS. They got a belief system and we the enemy and they really only there to get a paycheck and follow orders. Not Love America and her Citizens.
