하.. 새벽에 편집을 끝내고 다시 보는데 너무 먹고싶네요!!
모르는 맛보다 아는 맛이 무섭다고.
하얀 갈릭소스가 들어간 샤와르마... 크... 그냥 침이 꼴깍꼴깍 넘어가네요
아! 참 많은 분들이 터키의 치킨도네르 케밥과 샤와르마를 헷갈려 하시는데요.
이 둘은 비슷한것 같으면서도 맛이 다릅니다!
한국으로 치면 흠.. 치킨까스와 치킨 정도의 차이라고나 할까요?

The current day Greek identity was resurrected after a thousand years. There was no such ethnicity called Greek during the Ottoman empire or Roman empire. The ancient Greek identity was used by Western Colonial powers to create a identity and country for the ex Ottoman christians (Albanians Armenians Macedonians Slavs etc)

Doner isn't Turkish though. Just like Kebab too. Both originated from Arabs and Persians. Turks later adopted the recipes and made their own versions and spread it to Europe.
