I've tried an Adana kebab once it was delicious quite spicy. Now I know where it comes from never knew it was named after a city in Turkey as I've never been but would love to visit there soon 😎

As an American currently living in instanbul, let me just say that the döners you’ll find outside of the touristy areas, in the country side of turkey, are that absolutely incredible. Some of the best food I’ve ever had, wasn’t the most expensive, but the cheapest. For less than a dollar you can this here in turkey

Ich finde das im Dönerfleisch und auch alle anderen Deutschen Fertigfleisch Produkte voller Konservierungsstoffe ist. Nach nem Döner habe ich immer extrem Durst. Sehr viel Salz. Möglicherweise als Konservierungsstoff. Aber die deutsche Lebensmittelindustrie ist eh ne Mafia in meinen Augen. Fängt schon damit an das nicht alles auf der Zutatenliste stehen muss wenn es einen gewissen Wert nicht übersteigt oder glaubt hier auch nur einer das der Lidl Chef sein eigenes Fleisch frisst.

Nothing like it; when prayers start broadcasting across the city in the evening and the whole place smells incredible with food being cooked everywhere- an experience for sure 😊❤️

I have seen hundreds of street food videos on CZcams. Especially, there are many super fast and talented Pakistani vendors. However, no one matches the dexterity and resourcefulness of this man. So little space, placed on a bike nonetheless, yet he manages to cook doner kebab, char peppers and fry potatoes on the same wood fire. My eyes popped wide open when I saw how he incredibly managed to do all of that without tainting the food at all! In a professional kitchen or not, you sir are a true master of the Arts, indeed a Masterchef. Gerçekten mükemmel abi. Tam bir Masterchefsin!
I lived in Istanbul for two and a half years and this is the tastiest food I have eaten during my 75 years of life. It is equaled only by the chicken the Turks barbecued over natural charcoal after spending a day marinating in tubs of yogurt, then seasoned with red pepper and likely other spices. This video is killing me. I’d love to go back for more of that fantastic food. Don’t underestimate the Turks, especially in the kitchen.

Once there, face the street with the consulate building directly to your back. Cross the street. Turn left on the sidewalk. Walk until you see see an alleyway on your right. It’s not far, perhaps a city block, maybe less. That alleyway is where you turn right. Go into the alleyway and walk until you find the man selling chicken sandwiches. It’s not far. Where he sells there is an adjoining alleyway. Enjoy, enjoy, my friend. I never ate better. Well, maybe. If you turn right into that alleyway and walk down it you may find the chicken restaurant I spoke of. It is on the left side in a basement and the doorway is low. The Americans called it the hole and/or the dungeon. Chem-e-klee and chemic - cease were chicken with and without bones. Enjoy the ez-may and the salad with natural fresh lemon dressing. I’m on annual leave up at the farm out of Melbourne. It’s about 4 degrees Celsius and I’m having left over sausages for dinner. I’m not complaining mind you, they are pretty good sausages but I’d swap them for one of those kebabs any day!! Love your work 👍

I lived in Istanbul for two and a half years and this is the tastiest food I have eaten during my 75 years of life. It is equaled only by the chicken the Turks barbecued over natural charcoal after spending a day marinating in tubs of yogurt, then seasoned with red pepper and likely other spices.
This video is killing me. I’d love to go back for more of that fantastic food.
Don’t underestimate the Turks, especially in the kitchen.

@@paupoveda5673 Go to the building that was the American Consulate before the new one was built. You will be on thethe European side. Once there, face the street with the consulate building directly to your back. Cross the street. Turn left on the sidewalk. Walk until you see see an alleyway on your right. It’s not far, perhaps a city block, maybe less. That alleyway is where you turn right. Go into the alleyway and walk until you find the man selling chicken sandwiches. It’s not far. Where he sells there is an adjoining alleyway. Enjoy, enjoy, my friend. I never ate better.
Well, maybe. If you turn right into that alleyway and walk down it you may find the chicken restaurant I spoke of. It is on the left side in a basement and the doorway is low. The Americans called it the hole and/or the dungeon.
Chem-e-klee and chemic - cease were chicken with and without bones. Enjoy the ez-may and the salad with natural fresh lemon dressing. The man that cooked there was my hero.

I’m on annual leave up at the farm out of Melbourne. It’s about 4 degrees Celsius and I’m having left over sausages for dinner. I’m not complaining mind you, they are pretty good sausages but I’d swap them for one of those kebabs any day!! Love your work 👍
