CF7 He’s just a guy really. He is nowhere near Roy Keane in terms of aggression ( or footballing ability admittedly ) and doesn’t want to hurt people on the pitch. He just enjoys winning and it’s all he really does and enjoys even more that it winds up opposition players.

He also managed Celtic to win the League Cup after John Barnes ( Another Liverpool connection)😉 was sacked...I can’t agree with you about Van Dyke, he’s been voted Liverpool’s player of the year & is one of the best defenders in the World. Konor TV I know. It’s proper unlucky to he born into the generation of Rangers fans that have yet to see their team win a major trophy in Scotland and likely won’t see them win one for a long while. Of all generations, they have been born into the one that will see Celtic do 10iar without cheating, they have already seen the treble treble, they will see us get to 55 before them and they are likely to see their club collapse again as they are still borrowing money they can’t pay back.

Actually met a a few of the bhoys that night just before they got into the taxi where the picture got took. Everybody was steaming (especially Callum McGregor) but Tierney was stone cold sober. They were in good spirits after winning the cup and we managed to get a wee sing song with them.

Billy McNeill won 9 league titles in a row when the Scottish league was the 3rd strongest in Europe. Kio George I mean his ability as a player get’s over-shadowed but he is a fantastic footballer and a serial winner. I believe he is statistically one of the best midfielders in UCL history in terms of pass rate and succession rate. Perhaps not good enough to play in one of the real big boys but I could definitely see him at a Leicester or Everton and probably as captain. Of course I am biased as a Celtic fan but you couldn’t really ask for a better captain - works harder than anyone and has a great habit of leading his team to trophies.
Anywhere he wants tbf. He's not a match winner but he's a leader and he never gives the ball away. Most successful teams have a player like brown.

At this point in the proceedings, I very much doubt that he cares. Few people remember Diouf in a positive light (mainly because he is a snarling ingrate) whilst Broonie is generally held in very high regard by comparison.
