in this video, we work on installing led lights to our avalanche truck bed, these led lights are amazing and definitely add brightness to our truck bed. the original oem light in the truck bed is too dim and just doesnt cut it at night. adding these white bright led lights will definitely allow us to see everything that is needed in the bed. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Thanks for this!!! Bad news is if you look in storage box you can see and change bulb!!!!!trying to figure out since I was one who commented about adding switch in bed of 2012 to turn on light. If you ground the negative side light comes on since its negative switched through light module. Thanks for dedicated avalanche work!!!!

I am sooo glad I watched this video, Ryan!! I previously watched your other 10 min. video installations on all the front lights - great videos!! But for the truck bed light, it looks like an all-day affair, for a rarely used light (in my life anyways). This video saved me hours! LOL

great job bud...i finally am doing mine as well ...im using a lil different light set up and cant wait to see in the bed even during the day with covers on its a pain. keep up the mods.

ohhh I love it, I want mine to light up only when I unlock the truck. and itll be aimed to the floor to light the entire walkway up
@@Kingcustomz it cost about 15 bucks for the 16.5ft roll of LED and they all light up with the approach lighting and alarm keyfob ect... southern comfort has one front and rear on the running boards so i chimed into that circuit . super easy and very clean . they also light up when the interior switch is turned on as well....
ohh and the under the hood was the left over from the roll and is wired nicely to the factory power supply in the front of the under hood fuse box ....key on 12v

@@Kingcustomz Guinevere is running so good! The light bars have a loose wire that I have to find and fix. I've been alright. I won't complain because I'm alive and still fighting the good fight. We have to appreciate our blessings brother!
Do you think it’s possible to replace the stock cargo light with a led bulb if so what bulb size do I get?

No these aren’t, these I wired up to brighten up the bed but I am sure they sell an led bulb for that compartment
