What’s the Beverly Hills Cop III movie about?
When his boss, Inspector Douglas Todd is killed, Detroit cop Alex Foley (Eddie Murphy) finds evidence that the murderer had ties to a California amusement park called Wonder World. Returning to Beverly Hills once more, Foley reunites with Detective Billy Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) to solve the case. Along with Billy's new partner, Jon Flint (Héctor Elizondo), they discover that the security force of Wonder World is actually part of a counterfeit money operation headed by park manager Orrin Sanderson (John Saxon). Axel becomes the hottest new attraction as he chases down the bad guys on the rides, through the shows and in the underground maze beneath the park.

Billy always had to step up when Axel was getting jumped lmao
I agreed
Facts
Am I the only one who feels BHC 3 wasn't that bad? I actually enjoyed it lol
1:24 This song is too catchy for me to hate this movie.
I’ve seen it and I liked it aswel.
No, I feel the same way.
I've always liked all 3 parts and it's weird to see that most people dislike it
Cant believe its been 28 years since it came out
"Foley is in Hometown Square. I repeat. Foley is in Hometown Square." - Orrin Sanderson
0:06 Again?...Hilarious
RIP John saxon
Eddie Murphy, Judge Reinhold And Theresa Randle Vs Timothy Carhart, John Saxon And Lindsey Ginter
You don't need to beep out the FUCKING swearing
"Foley's loose in the park! Get him!" - Ellis DeWald
I'll never understand the hate for this one. It's so much fun!
Let get this party started
1:24
This feels lika a cartoon after seing the first and second movie. Everything is off, the script, the music, the action...jesus.
It was really over the top
All 3 movies had different directors. None of them how the exact same feel anyway. This one just happened to be the lesser of the trilogy.
Your shitty opinion
Even though this installment was a let down, as someone who grew up in Northern California, I got a kick out of seeing Great America (Marriott’s) theme park.
OMG. HOW U GETTING OUT OF THERE DAMMM 😢😢😢😢😢
In real life, that mist that suppresses fire, does so by eating oxygen.
Which means they cant breath in there.
This may have been the most disappointing theater experience of my life. After 1 and 2 you're expecting something solid and instead we got a complete joke.
Agreed. It's the main reason it has taken this long to get a Beverly Hills Cop 4 to now be made. Let's just hope they get this new one right.
I'm not really sure what you went into this movie expecting, it's just like the 1st 2 with less humor. Doesn't make it a complete joke, just means you wanted another movie that was identical to the last 2 you'd already seen
@@HunterMagunterexactly
@@HunterMagunter it didn't live up
I can understand your opinion about the overall quality of the third movie, but 1 and 2 weren't exactly the epitome of masterful creativity either. What made the difference, to me, was that the humor of the first two was present in larger quantities, which balanced out the action. In this one, there seemed to be more focus on the action element, which made it lose its unique ingredient.
I love part 3 butter then part 2 and 1
Roper!
Will there be beverly hills cop 4?
yes
In the works now!
They are filming it right now. I have my hopes, but also my doubts
All we know is Axel is investing into dirty cops inside Beverly Hills PD.
@@Seriona1 but who's gonna be the enemy
Couldnt you improvise one of those Personal protection devices with Magnesium powder and a pull match?
1:24 Dang song.
Eddie Murphy could you ask Justin hires be your partner
This movie doesn’t really hold up to the first two, sadly.
It's a very different movie
I can watch the first two movies repeatedly and still laugh - they are upbeat, catchy and fun.
This movie has always felt flat and full of slapstick, even when it was released. The trumpets and horns added to the legendary Axel F theme don't help either.
Tough act to follow
if the 3rd movie wasn't a part of the beverly hills cop series it would've been a decent movie
It had to become a film that younger teens could go see with adults. This would of been a better as R rated satire but more likely would of flopped.
Movie had a really good cast, just didn't have the story of the previous two movies.
1:24 At least, it had this stinkin’ song.
Looking back, the score makes me think Axel Foley should be flying around with a cape. The vibe just feels way too cartoonish.
3 is a quilty pleasure, but I can see why it was hated.
I prefer this movie
The movie was nothing like the first 2 movies
Perhaps, but on a personal level I enjoyed it watching as a kid. 👌🏼
Sure wasn’t. Very disappointing
@@zadalmelik011 I did as well. I saw it on TV when I was younger with the swearing cut out but I enjoyed it. I saw 1+2 later on and did enjoy them as well though they were more serious films. I guess when you see certain films as kids you will always like them as they connected to your childhood even if they are not liked by others.
@@zadalmelik011Me too. Mostly because of the action.
😆😆😆😆😆😆
beep..
I wish Justin hires help Eddie Murphy Beverly hills cop iii
I like how the movie for once makes a smart decision and eliminates the police coming to help them. Often times, you watch a movie and you think “Just call the police”, and this one anticipates that and shows why they can’t come, adding more stakes as a result. It also shows Axel being logical too. Unfortunately, it’s just one tiny thing overshadowed by all the bad things. Axel using the chair as a distraction and the guard actually shooting it is stupid. They’re trying to kill him and shooting downwards won’t help. Also, the bright flash device (I forgot its name, sorry) was a nice gadget but I’m a little concerned it made “Beverly Hills Cop” a bit too similar to “James Bond” as a result. And it’s a nice use of Chekhov’s Gun too. I also like how Janet tries to help them and puts up a fight, but she can’t really fight and has to be held back. It’s a nice little character moment and also for Billy too as he goes to protect her. Finally, when the guard points the gun at Billy and Janet and they back away, that was admittedly funny, but illogical too as he could’ve shot them right then and there. They’re clearly trying to kill them.
A small note, but at 1:39 - 1:41, why are we getting an extra shot of the same ride? It's very pointless as we already know it's moving and the park controls are now malfunctioning, so it's completely redundant.
Also, why are the guards comfortably eating popcorn? If I were in their place, I’d be wondering why the music and all the rides are going off at the same time. It’s clearly a malfunction and they should be calling in to see if everything is okay and that would be the opportunity to learn sooner that Axel is on the loose, allowing them to be ready before him. Whether they’d stop him or not, I don’t know, but maybe slow him down. Finally, why do only two guards show up to kill Axel in Hometown Square? They’ve ALL been alerted to his position, and he was there for at least five minutes (from getting the gun to getting more ammunition from the dead guard), so why only two?
2:16
Its because it wasn't made in the 80s plus no bogermile or tagget.
He's in the amusement park
0:19 ewwwww
No funny money?
This one was just cheesy plain and simple, even Eddie Murphy said it was bad.
The music fuckin ruins it
How when this is the actual theme from this scene bro ? Lol
@@f-town-kill3rsarchive983I think that's the point
@@f-town-kill3rsarchive983 its a terrible rendition of the Axel F theme thats out of place and drowns out the scene though the scene was terrible to begin with, but the music just makes it worse.
放送禁止用語言うなよ。
Really Really bad movie. Even the music is horrible
That full orchestra crap SUCKED!!!! Harold Faltermeyer might have saved it a smidge. I remember watching it for the first time in 1998, yes, 1998. I was like WTF is this?
I hate the music the 80s style was better
The orchestral music just really doesn't suit Axel Foley. Listen to the kuffs soundtrack from 1992 by Harold Faltermeyer, thats what this film needed.
I like that movie too
The security guards all eating popcorn together cracks me up
