Glad to see that Winston is getting a supplement for his arthritic joints. My 11-year-old rescue Black Lab didn't like the tablets of Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM and I had to crush them between two spoons and mix the powder into her food. My vet also recommended SAMe for her joints but my budget at the time wouldn't support the cost. I found that you can teach an old dog new tricks provided you have their attention and care for them.
Winston is on YuMove max strength for his joints and it makes a big difference 👍🏼
I can easily teach Winston new things. He does take a little big longer to catch on than when he was younger, but he can still learn 👍🏼

I love watching your videos. I've been considering wether to sell my hoose and buy a motorhome. But watching your videos is making me think again. I'm on my own. I could live in a pod, and rent my hoose oot :-)
Just be careful with campsite costs, they have gone up a lot recently. Currently, you're looking at about £30 per night for an electric pitch (the pod can't go off-grid for long periods of time), so that's £900 per month. I've got a video coming out about caravan costs 👍🏼 but it is doable 👍🏼😀

Love your vids. So well composed.
I was a little puzzled at your result at the weighstation. As I remember your Pod weighed in at 680 kg empty (or almost empty).
Last year I bought a Freedom caravan-twin sport variant. Called Vega 365 in Denmark. It weighs in at 680 kg as well according to
the manual. I might have it checked at a weighstation.
I`m travelling alone with my Charlie. An energetic working Springer Spaniel. Thats why I relate so much to your travelling.
Did I have have a question? No not really. Just wondering if the weight of my Freedom is correct.

If you check the specifications of your caravan, it will give you a Miro weight (your caravan completely empty) and then a MTPLM weight (the maximum weight limit for your caravan). And then your payload (how much you can put in your caravan) is the difference between the two.
So...
The Miro of a Go Pod is 575kg
The MTPLM of a Go Pod is 750kg
It's payload is (750-575) = 175kg
However, because my Pod had a motor mover fitted, a full gas bottle, cutlery and plates, and some other extras inside, I took her to the weigh bridge. She weighed 680kg, which left me with 70kg payload.
Not sure if that answers your question (I'm not quite sure what you're asking 😅) but I think you need to check whether the 680kg of your caravan is the Miro or the MTPLM.

Hi you struck a cord with me regarding Winston. I rescued a pug/shitzsu aged 2. His weight was 10.5kg, was told he could do with a bit more. Next visit to the vet at age 3, he was 11kg exactly. Perfect, as long as he tapers at the hips he is healthy! I don't do overweight dogs, so I get anxious. Ed is nine years old now, he is in the senior category. Last visit for his annual vet check up, he is still exactly 11kg, still tapers at the hips and this young vet told me my boy was overweight for his age. I am so careful with his food and exercise, I have food anxiety and having Ed and making sure he eats well and exercises helps me too. My boy is not fat, but I am now thinking.....is he?
I know what you mean about dog weight. I don’t like seeing fat dogs and try to keep Winston at a healthy weight, which is difficult at times (especially when he is on bed rest for an injury) You should be able to see your dogs waist and for it to have that taper, and you should be able to feel your dogs ribs with minimal fat covering, but not see them. Also, they should have an abdominal tuck, so if you look at them from the side, their belly should go upwards towards their hind end. I think if you have those three things, then your dog should be ok. Sometimes, the “ideal weight” for a breed isn’t the best measurement as your dog might be a bigger example, carry more muscle, etc. That’s just my opinion, but I hope that helps. Yes, Winston is currently on YuMove, he has been for a few years and it does make a difference 👍🏼 When I say work, I mean my actual paying job. At the moment, I get about £120 per month from CZcams. Although it's nice to get something for all the time it takes to record and edit, it's certainly not enough to live off 😅

He’s a rescue dog so I don’t have any breed papers for him, but I think he’s a working cocker spaniel. 👍🏼
Why don’t you invest in a Star link system? I believe you get speeds of 400/500 meg. Just cancel the domestic internet. Besides it’s a safety feature because you can nearly always get an internet signal.
Starlink is about a £150 set up cost and £85 per month for the Roaming package. I do not pay for my domestic internet and my internet booster costs me £10 per month for unlimited usage. It doesn't get the same speeds as Starlink, but I'm currently sat in my Pod on a Scottish island and it's doing okay 👍🏼
