Dogpit's Pirates of Penzance Highlight Reel

I sang every single part of every single song in Gilbert and Sullivan's 1879 comic opera The Pirates of Penzance, which you can check out in this playlist: • Pirates of Penzance I am a contralto profondo, the lowest cis female vocal type; I have a five octave range and, as it happens, some of those octaves are even good!
Working on this project was particularly meaningful to me because I lost my voice for half a year due to a vocal cord hemorrhage. I was so scared I might never sing again, so I made sure to sing a whole lot as soon as I was able to do so safely. It took a few months but I finally sang the entire dang thing! To celebrate the completion of the project, the runtime of which is over ninety minutes, here is a highlight reel that is considerably shorter than that!
