Petition for Maren to try something other than economy! She's always so grateful and impressed with what she's given I would love to see her try something upper class! ❤
Maybe next time they do it on Singapore Airlines, and let her fly in First Class or one of the suites.
@@thomas1942 But they did do a singapore airlines video from Frankfurt to New york
I second this!
@@amyyates8273 huh?
Definitely!!
Maren should review anything above economy. She is quite small and really does not give a true representation of how comfortable economy is for taller people. She will most likely be comfortable in any economy seat so, in my opinion, she should do more Premium, Business or First class reviews.
I was thinking the same. I have insanely long legs so her review wouldn't fit for me.
Emirates first on any plane is absolutely the dream. ONE DAY, absolutely ONE DAY I will try it.
same mentality as me
literally my goal in life
Bro I live in dubai so I only go with emirates and it’s so good
I hope you get it
This is actually one of my smaller goals in life! I want to be in a place where I can buy that ticket and not worry about the expense.
A small but significant detail is the USB-C port in premium economy. Love it!
Totally agree!
What can you do with it?
@@NEWz206charge things?
Totally agree. I was looking only recently to see if I'd be able to use my own earbuds which are USB-C
yes! usb-a is such a pain but usb-c is so nice
Would love to see a low-cost carrier direct match-up. Easyjet, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Vueling and/or Norwegian on any route that makes sense.
Yes Norwegian for sure! 😍
They did something similar a couple years ago across the Atlantic from New York to London. I think they did United, American, Norwegian, Virgin and may be British Airways all in Economy.
@@sophiehf8991 Gna check that out! Thanks for letting me know :)
You could potentially do wizz air to Abu Dhabi with a stopover in Catania sicily
@@sophiehf8991 That would be long haul, Easyjet, Ryanair, Norwegian and so on does not offer long haul flights. Norwegian sold off their 787s, but have been replaced by "Norse atlantic"
What interests me, along with all that was reviewed, is the cost of each cabin. This would allow one to see if each was worth what you get.
They listed the ticket prices in the description box.
Must have been full too in economy as usually it's around half that between the UK and Dxb
Nicky always picks first and business. Let others get a chance sometimes 🙂
He’s the boss that’s why
@krislv9219 Other folks have contributed equally and more importantly they are his friends. So, not a great way to show love and support I guess.
He’s very tacky and unrefined too. Using the metal spoon for his caviar etc. Disgusting and uncouth!
@@user-tk7yn7mk6rhow do you know they're contributing equally? You have no idea what goes on off camera.
@@grob13isn1 Shouldn't a leader put his friends/team mates forward and stay behind. Anyway that's my opinion. I just posted my comment as request in a soft tone.
Nicky and Liam aka one of my favourite underrated comedy duos are back! Also, I love the interrupted intros lol
😛
Always enjoy these comparison videos! Very thorough review, thank you guys for your dedication to aviation!
What I would recommend you, is to fly with the new Lufthansa classes next year. Since all the classes are gonna be different I would say you could fly all classes
Very good idea 👍🏻
They are definitely gonna do that once it’s stated rolling out
@@donr.wetter186 Probably
Absolutely no way could Lufthansa offer anything close to Emirates even with the rebranded first and business cabins.
@@r12004rewy Yeah, but I did not say anything like that. I just said they could try it out, I mean that's a huge step for Lufthansa
The other day I had the WORST travel day back from Budapest (a trip that I spontaneously took after watching a Points Guy video), and after getting on the central line back home I sat down, looked up and saw Liam sitting across from me. I just laughed to myself.
Should have said hello!
@@ThePointsGuyDepartures should have 💔
This made me chuckle. #YouShouldveSaidHello
@@ThePointsGuyDepartures Hi, dont the pillows come sealed in plastic for passengers? thats kinda yuck😅 I mean what if the previous passenger who laid on it had warts around his neck.
It would be good to get an idea of prices or points needed. Thank you 🙏
Fantastic video, wow. Also, just love the fact that you pixelate the passenger neighbours, it is so considerate, bravo 👍👏
Wow! What an incredible flight. They kept all of you fed incredibly well for a 6-hour flight. Well done, Emirates!
Maren deserves a first class ride next time!!
Perfect video. They clear all my doubts between different classes. Thank you so much
I used to fly Emirates or Qatar (economy) every year. My favourite part on the Emirates side was the free icecream. It was EXTREMELY good.
Props to the Editor. Flows really well. Great vid 👏🏼👏🏼
Great review team. Lucky enough to have just tried the new A380 in Business and old 777 in Business and 4 hours in First; on Skywards points. All were great and First was simply bonkers good. The one consistent point was fantastic service from everyone at Emirates, in airports and on all flights. I think the friendly FA interaction actually makes Emirates better than Qsuite perhaps?
Love these class comparison videos guys - more please !
Even though I’ve only been on Emirates once in my life and it was on economy, it is definitely my favourite and the best airline. 🇦🇪 (P.S. I’m from Canada. Please make a video for Air Canada, I would love to see it.) 🍁 🇨🇦
This is good news - I'll be vlogging Economy next year, and I'm so excited for it now!
Fellow Canadian here 👋🤗👋... trust me you don't want to see it. 🙈 theyhave a very bad reputation. There are many other's on YT who have done air Canada against others and they always fall way short
@@SMA1mommy Air Canada sucks big time.
Thank you guys...you smashed it....I genuinely felt like I was on that flight.....keep the comparison vids coming x
That First class cabin really is remarkable! I'm looking to fly economy between Glasgow and Dubai next year, and this has actually really reassured me that it's going to be a decent experience - thanks for sharing this!
Gratefully, I've always travelled Business Class in Emirates and my experience has always been amazing. My grandfather on the other hand has always flown First and deservingly so and now by watching this I can know how my grandfather feels as a first class passenger.
8:48 Economy looks best and it's like last class.
Great reportage. Great idea of testing all cabins at the same time. I know what yo choose next. Great job guys- thanks
Thanks for the memories, I can't travel anymore. You are traveling on my behalf I really appreciate your work. Great videos.
So incredibly stunning of A380 Emirates, really enjoy and love all the classes !
Super sick! Love all of your vids❤❤😍 keep up the good work!
I really enjoy your Videos. You always do that with a twinkle in the eye and it’s so nice to see how much you enjoy everything. Please keep it going. Thank you. ❤
I love these videos - such a brilliant concept. First there's the anticipation of who is going to get which class (which is more fun when you knoew the guys/gals) and then we get to see each class. Having travelled in all classes I always feel very sorry for whoever finishes up in Economy. One of the highlights of Business/First on Emirates is the bar - wonderful place for socialising and having yet another drink.
I really hope Jean Comes back to the vids! I wonder what happened
Yes, the four of you are correct that regardless of which class you ' collected' in this segment, an A 380 is a treat. My next flight on Emirates in September seems simply too far. PS how were the ground staff for each of you.? Stand out for me was an offer by ground staff at CDG ( Qatar) to tag all 7 suitcases of my family group and I with 1st class tags to ensure that all 7 suitcases would stay together in Doha and arrive together in Melbourne. Quality indeed!
Should review a zero gravity flight next
This was a out of the box flight review i have ever watched on CZcams. Truly enjoyed it, love from India.
An irresistible video for an Emirates fan like me! Thank you for the wonderful video.
12:43 Thanks, Liam, for demoing the two levels of Business foot rests. Comfy! 😉
Great video! Enjoy living vicariously through your experiences. The airport here on Hilton Head Island (HHH) is the size of a bus station with a first class lounge consisting of vending machines behind the car rental area (but it is a nice beach airport, so no complaints). Continue to provide us with great videos!
I flew Qantas A380 from LA to Perth, in 2015, in economy,it was awesome, more room then the smaller planes, and everything went so well, food service, able to sleep,so good.
I remember the time when they flew in this the first time nick is still in first class and the premium economy guy on economy last time and Jean in business class last time 1
That lounge ❤❤❤ I was happy to see shrimp featured in the Delta sky club last week at JFK. Lol
Thanks to everyone in this vlog. Amazing job. Fly and stay safe. Ciao.
The review was great as always. Great work! Ben pulling out his Google Pixel was my highlight of the video.
Best camera phone I have ever had. I now take all my photos for my written reviews for TPG on my Pixel 6 rather than using a separate camera.
The staff giving the camera salute is everything 😀 just booked a long emirates flight for next year so looking at all the vids, this video is one of the best! ❤🎉
SamChui took an entire tour of EmirTes. Fascinating!
Outstanding video tour as always -- thanks Nicky, Liam, Ben & Maren.
Thanks for closeups of the food, menus, drinks, seating options. Music is always amazing.
I have a couple of questions (maybe for future videos?)
1) When in the lounge and receiving table service do you tip and how much?
2) When flying Business or First to tip (and how much) or do you take a gift like a box of chocolates for the flight crew?
3) It would be helpful to educate viewers on flight/hotel etiquette. Do's, Don'ts, tipping, U.S $ / Pound Sterling exchange rates. Roaming cards for cell phones.
Request: Please do more hotel reports: cheap, high end, & unusual options.
Thanks to the entire involved from start to finish - always leading edge travel videos.
The crew would never accept tips but are always grateful to receive some chocs
17:31 NOOO DON'T SCOOP CAVIAR WITH A METAL SPOON
Flying from Oz to UK in March, and doing the comparison research now. So, this has come at the perfect time. Thank you. I wish first or business class was in my mix, but alas, no. Economy looks just fine, if l can l will try premium economy, but there is the cost factor with three of us going. Love all of your reports, but especially, when you do all classes. Safe travels.
Oh, Emirates economy is very much okay! I've done long hauls from South Africa to London, and I prefer them (the stop over sucks for me, but it's worth it)
Can you imagine first class to Australia …. Next level.
twice now, three guys one girl, the girl is in economy =.=
Do you think 'premium economy' is a good option for the longer flights as well, like LAX to DXB? An almost 16 hour flight.
Yes I HAVE BEEN WAITED SO LONG
I only took Emirates once, & was fortunate to be on their business class. Lounge was super busy, but service was never compromised on land & in air. Would definitely make it my choice, aside from Singapore Air.
Any Emirates is top notch.I've flown on at least 10 airlines including 3 main American ones, British Airways,Easy Jet and Emirates.Hands up all the way to Emirates. Used them for 6 flights out of 7 England to Australia and back with 2 days stopover each way.
Brilliant reviews of all classes in a single video ❤️
great vid guys! I really enjoy your videos keep it up!
These videos are great, keep them coming!
Emirates has the best economy class food. It's actually always delicious. They once served a passionfruit and coconut dessert that I've been obsessed with for years.
This reviews and comparison videos are incredible! Please keep it up!!!
Love it guys
Great video! I’m curious what cameras you use. I’m getting ready to take a trip to South East Asia and trying to find small but good quality equipment.
Have flown Emirates since 2011, in both economy and business class, I just wish they would bring back their A380 direct flights between Brisbane and Auckland!!!
Hey there! Absolutely love your channel and thank you for the quality reviews. I know that I'm just one person here but I was hoping you guys would be able to try and get taller people to review the economy and premium economy seats? It's one of the most stressful things being a giraffe sitting in economy and it seems like Maren typically reviews them. Thank you though!
I'm 6"0!
Was looking forward to watching this video, but there were far too many cuts! It's very hard to take in the cabin etc when your eyes can't settle on an image.
Nikki looks like he’s enjoying himself too much with the luxury
Would like to see all four classes comparison on ANA (All Nippon Airways) on the "Flying Honu" route from Honolulu (HNL) to Tokyo (NRT)
Would love to see more videos on how best to use your points, including Amex etc
Just wondering how long before the flight do you get to the airport that you have time to get a masssage, lounge and have drinks, here in the USA we get here about two hours as most of that is spent just getting thru TSA.
Wow.. you got bulgari le gemme,, its niche fragrance quality and expensive too. And tygar is beast perfume,, wonderful🔥
21:46 This right here is why Emirates wins. Its great to see their cabin crew having fun.
A couple of days ago I watched your four classes but British Airways. I thought "they should do this with Emirates" and a few days later here we are.
I haven't seen the BA one - enroute now! Haha
Another great video, my only complaint it that its hard to judge leg room when Maron is in economy or even Ben in premium. (Sorry...) but as someone who is 6'6 it would be nice to see a legroom judge by someone taller even for a short while, or just a number of inches or something. Otherwise amazing content as always
Yeah. But obviously these 4 are doing this just for their own fun and the guys in business and first to show-off. A very uninformative waste of time watching it. When I saw the kind of BS they were doing I just fastviewed the rest.
If she fits i dont think you will fit. You have to do some thinking to understand how much space it is. If she is like 164cm then you wont fit in this airline
Came to post the same and I feel like I've seen other reviews of theirs where she is in the economy seat. She's 5ft nothing, and probably 100 lbs wringing wet. Economy isn't going to be to harsh. As you say, a 6ft + with long legs is probably going to have a vastly more uncomfortable experience. I'm 6ft 3 and find long haul economy to be basically torture. Sitting on a short squab and in a position that feels like it's beyond upright makes it Impossible to sleep or even get comfortable.
@@0tispunkm3y3r yep, always got to be premium economy for me basically now, or spend the extra money in economy to get a bulkhead row
@@TheArmouredArmadillo double edged sword though isn't it with bulk head or exit row. You get the leg room, but then you get boxed in with the seats because they have to stow the monitor and table down the side. I'm only a 32 waist so fitting in width ways isn't a problem. but they do feel more restrictive somehow.
The problem for me these days is the wife is similarly tall and we have a little one to tag along. So suddenly premium econ upgrades can add a huge cost! We're flying Virgin Atlantic in December and upgrade from basic is basically like paying again for the flights!
It’s been my dream to be a emirates a380 pilot maybe once I finish high school I can!
Great job everyone - as others have said, really enjoy these Flight Class comparisons! 😀.
I did notice, the new gal (sorry I don’t know your name), has been in Economy twice now 🙃 - what happened to UK Gentlemen chivalry!? 🤔🤭
Have you ever realised that ships in the Economy areas are probably the ones who are the luckiest, if you decide to put your shop in an airport imagine it was like a promotion thing, from first class to economy, since you get more sales having your shops in the economy area.
Im pleased to have read that the new classes product will be on the daily Emirates flight out of Christchurch when it resumes in March, super excited to test out the new business class product to Amsterdam.
The boys could be nicer to the girl to offer her the best option?? But she is happy and relaxed being on this flight.
Not the best at least premium economy not the best
Why? Just because she’s girl? What about equality?
@@inzamamqadeer6563girl here, I do think she should've had a better option but not because of her being a girl, but rather because she is short. Which means that her review in Economy isn't as realistic for taller people, so she could've gotten atleast premium economy and a taller one should've gotten Economy so we could get a more balanced feedback. She makes Economy sound more bearable than it would probably sound from any other of those. Equality still takes part here, nothing new.
Love the A380, flew with Emirates on valentines day from Dubai to London, they gave out some treats to mark the occasion going to go on Qatars A380 next year. Can't wait to compare them both.
Try Japan Airlines VS ANA All Nippon Airways To Tokyo ❓
love these videos
We only live once & one day i'm going to travel 1st class with a carrier would love to sample that luxury for a few hours with Emirates we all arrive at the same time on a plane but it's how you travel...Wow what a experience..
Wow! Ok.....am off to enjoy my Ryan Air flight.....
Loved the edit as always
NIce vids keep it up, Dont upload recently but still subbed and just liked
I am in the process of planning a trip to NZ for next year. I found this video very informative, thank you. I am struggling with which airline to use for super longhaul. I just wish you had mentioned the prices of each cabin (although, to be fair, I have absolutely no inclination to travel all that way in economy!)
Love the video. Emirates know the way to look after you properly in the sky. I'd love for Emirates to start flights to Barbados. That would be really cool. Emirates know the way to look after you properly before the flight too. Can you guys please do a London to Barbados one soon.
The Emirates FC experience starts in Dubai from the limo pick up to swift check in. The lounge there has an amazing restaurant for the food and wine selection. Try the Black Angus steak and triple cooked chips! Onboard suite experience is relaxing with the option of going to the rear of BC for pre dinner cocktails. A shower spa and Emirates sleep suit, nice digestif the from private FC bar to watch a movie and sleep. Arrive and another limo waiting to whisk you home from the airport. Simply The Best!
Hopefully flying with them next month, can't wait to experience the A380 with Emirates
The best airline review I ever see, thanks a guys.
great Vlogs guys - I'm travelling with emirates in January - can I ask you - do you not have to wear face masks now on their flights?
i've had the pleasure of flying economy on emirates and the only complaint i have is that it could use some lower back support. otherwise, it was pretty fantastic, even with my seat being right next to the bathroom! i'm aiming to try the premium economy as soon as i can.
How is economy even pleasure ?😮
@@tanjoel2185 you would think that, right? but i flew al italia over and it was quite uncomfortable.
@@tanjoel2185 on A380 economy is pleasure! I'd rather fly Etihad, Qatar or Emirates on economy A380 for 15 hours, than fly any low cost airline on economy A320 for 4 hours. Economy A380 is pleasure and luxury! :)
