Guys you need to understand the fact that overall they have Upgraded More Legends than downgrade, so lets not criticize only for downgrades, appreciate them for upgrades too, 7 Gold Balls became Black Balls 👏👏 This rating changes are Random & don't have a specific reasoning in it!
They didn't update anything on most of them...
For example, totti is 88 overall he was 87 in PES 19, there is a new stat "tight possession" at 88, the rest of the stats are the same but his overall increased for some reason....
Looking at batistuta stats hurts my eyes, below 80 acceleration and 79 jump is for laughing...

No. It's just like fifa dude. The legends are divided into two categories: prime and basic. When they were at their prime they had a better rating than basic ratings. For eg: maradona in 86' was in his prime, so he had a 97 overall. After 3 years his performance gradually gotten poor and so did his ratings dropped after three seasons of PES.
Maldini and Baresi are the two best cb in football history and if they're rated 88, van dijk should be rated 78.

This is not entirely right. The first Beckham is 88 which is 27 years old. And the second one is still 89 which is 24 years(prime). We're not sure yet which one will be there in pes2020 mobile.

If Konami made all the legend as Thunder Balls than We couldn't get him so easily in our squad bcuz getting a Thunder Legend is not a easy cup of tea man... They did it with their mind and for that we can get any legend easily.....
Most of them never reached 90 ratings at their prime!! This bs only happens in FIFA where every single legend is 90 even if he don't deserve! Although PES Legend Ratings are unfair for some legends but 90+ for all makes no sense
