Hey man the manifold should not need any cutting. You NEED the adapter kit to run this on a 9th gen. If you already figured this out and have done this to your car. Lmk because I’m in the process of piecing everything together to go fbo atm.

To mount the stock throttle body on do you need an adapter plate?
