Look how many people that you have seen or no of that are successful but, don't take the time to elevate or teach the people that can relate to you or your struggles. Jay is doing the the right thing. The fact is that he will not reach all the men in that room. He may only reach 1 or 2, but those 1 or 2 that he reaches will take the jewels that he's dropping and teach 1 or 2 others and begin the process of breaking the cycle of self destruction. Each one teach one. The numbers of men deciding to change their lives will grow exponentially. Jay keep doing your thing, your an inspiration to a generation who lived through those 80's and 90's and know what it is.

If you know I like and how I like a house or (car, house), you find it, check it out, you can profit off it to. Lock it up (Contract Sales Agreement). Give me a call. I Look at the deal. I close cash, You get your cut from what I paid. Wholesaling Houses Is: Getting House For Less of It's Fair Market Value. (It's Worth) Others are involved such as Title Company They Run The Title To See If There Are Any Liens, If Someone owes on the property, like taxes, mortgages. You tell the selling you need about 30 days to close. After everything is clear you close, head up to the Title company and get your cut.
