Great quick concise video! I have mine window C-clamped in place while I wait on my regulator to be shipped. I had a little difficulty with the rear plastic triangle. I requires a lot of outward force not shown to pop the metal friction fastener. Thanks Sticks, Stones and Iron! Definite sub for 2005 Elephant owner!

Very useful to me. Just had to deal with this and didn't want to sift through half an hour of a rambling mechanic or details I didn't need. Fortunately my rear triangle came out easy but I have heard it's usually a major pain in the ***.

Where's the editor? This video should have only been 2:50 seconds long. =)
Snark aside, it's a great vid that helped me a lot.

Suggestions on best places/brands to buy the window regulator part?

Original Honda parts are always the best choice. In this case, I went with www.primechoiceautoparts.com/ for the regulator. the quality was comparable to the original.

How did you determine it was the regulators that was faulty and not the window controller itself? I recently couldn't get both my windows to roll down or up but the mirror control was working normal. Would this be more of the controller or the regulators?

There are several continuity test to perform to pinpoint the problem, (too complicate to explain in writing)
If both of your window stop working at the same time, its probably one (or more) of the following: power window relay (under dash fusebox) also check for blown fuse no6, no22, no23,
If all those easy fix above dont work maybe a Faulty power window master switch or a bad ground
