I’ll say this- I know places like Chilis, Applebee’s, The 99 (for all the Boston area people out there) all microwave their food before they send it out since it’s always to oddly both cold and piping hot…. But it’s never horrendous. It’s always a 6.5 / 10. If you’re hung over and in Boston, The 99 is a dimly lit, cheap, and non offensive place to eat. That’s why older parents and grandparents love it. The 99 sucks- however, I’m also not offended by it. There’s no rats, and they’ll let you sleep for a bit at your table. Great place to have an afternoon hangover.
