However much you're tempted, please don't move from where you are. You won't get anything near as roomy, on a quiet road, with such a gorgeous garden space without forking out a fortune - it's stunning. If I could wake up to a view like that (either garden or sea-view) I would be happy for the rest of my days. Have a wonderful holiday and my good wishes to your Aunt. xx
Sadly, like a lot of us, I won't be able to stay there forever as I will need to release funds to live off eventually. It's also a huge expense and is very big for just one person and a dog. It only looks like that for about 2 months a year (when it is the BEST place in the world) but I really hate it in the winter because of the wind and the weather so will eventually move to be nearer town and be able to walk everywhere - still with a beautiful sea view, hopefully!!! x

There’s something so satisfying about having a look around someone else’s home. I’m so nosey 😆 I love how calm it feels. Turquoise is my favourite colour and being by the sea it is just perfect. Lovely touches everywhere,very stylish yet also cosy. Along the coast ,here in West Sussex by the sea where I live,we’re very much at sea level so I love seeing hills. Hope you auntie is well and you have a wonderful time in Oz xx

Thank you so much, what a comp[liment! Yes, I actually want to move when my puppy dog goes to the big kennel in the sky. It is costing me a fortune to run a home that is way too big for me and much as I love it, I hate the winters up on the hill and really want to be nearer my friends in Brighton and Hove and walking distance from everything that matters to me in the Autumn of my life!!! Plus, I need to downsize for my financial future one day. But the way Jack is going, it will be a while! x

Good luck to you and do hope your Aunt Is better soon. There is a singer who lives in Byron bay- Lucy Gallant- she performs locally there-hope you get to see her play. I met her a few years ago in France she's a great kid.

I have been wearing tinted moisturiser for years as I have whitish skin with freckles and it gives me a base colour. saw the lovely film" Man called Otto" and it made me cry so lovely worth seeing. I first subscribed when I saw your lovely house near the sea and I still love it to this day. It's just so bright and airy and cozy! Love the frame for your father's photo, and it's a great photo as well. What colour carpet would you switch to if you decided to go ahead and change it? (stairs)
I would make it modern stripey blue but am trying to keep it clean in the mean time! x

It's so cold here in the morning that I've had to give up outdoor yoga - my body hates it! But the days are gorgeous and I am very happy here seeing my lovely friends. But I am looking forward to seeing Jack and Soz very much and can't believe how different I feel about being so far away after 3 years and Covid etc.!!! See you soon. x
