This is a bittersweet type of nostalgia because they’re not supposed to be nostalgic yet! Yet they are. Makes me sad that these songs are over 20 years old now. Happy/sad.

On the hottest day in human history (or something) the line 'Feel the sunshine on your face' really hits home. I've been overdosing on Blur lately and this is a great fix.
Really great sound. Love to hear Alex's excellent bass parts front and centre in the mix.

Mr Briggs; so evocative of the crushing mundanity of dwellings of shared occupation. Albarn has a great imagination as he never lived it, evinced by his joking preamble which misfired.

Wow, these guys played Mr Briggs in this day and age? Awesome.
I kinda want them to re-record it. It's such a good song minus the awkwardly-performed vocals. The vocals sound better here.
