  • Sleep and food are two very powerful conditioning factors that we actually can control. For non sacral beings it’s absolutely essential to rest and recover from the energy imprint of generators that they receive during the day. Rest , sleep and the suitable environment for it are the keys to health for both sacral and not sacral . When we mean health we also include emotional and mental wellbeing.
