Hey Anna :) As a reflector when i connect with nature and earth and create a healthy enough space from other beings the nature gives me a non bias balance and allows me to teflon and reflect truth more effectively as role model to others being a 4/6 The longer i allow myself to absorb energy from others the more confusing and bias i can become making me ineffective for others. As a social being its very important to socialize so to speed up the process and get back to others i practice various methods of meditation and commit extended amounts of time in the wild without trying to identify anything. Too much undefined energy passing through me gets me stuck and over analytical with too many burning questions that often makes me feel like im lossing my mind if i overstay my welcome. Im also a kinesthetic learner. I learn best through physical and practical means rather than linguistics or visual. I am very tuned and sensitive to the feeling and vibrations of things i come into contact with

In my observations though - benefits of meditation are unquestioned and I think it’s one of the most powerful tools to clear the mind and energy , but from what I have seen it still not a guaranteed method to become really “ ourselves” . But also I think we should use all available methods that our body and energy responds to .
