Mike Tomlin is such a unique individual …the way he has the ability to look like he doesn’t care because the question isn’t directed at him, yet still appears engaged through the interview to were you know he’s prepared with an answer to questions that he hasn’t even considered he might be asked. These are unique social traits that can’t be taught. It just requires the individual to be highly sophisticated. Tomlin also has a way of bringing humor to the party even though he looks like the most serious person in the room . So nobody laughs until he cracks a joke to lighten the mood of the press conferences. Just some things I notice! #SteelerNation

Coach, you must draft a natural center with no history of major injuries.
This position is paramount to a strong and winning offensive line. A true center should know all positions on the lines duties. Centers are a different breed of lineman. Don't skimp on the center position, and the worst thing you can do is try to train a guard or tackle to be a center!

I wish someone would ask as the draft comes to a close, how quickly do they switch over to signing udfa. What is that process like?
They've stated in the past they start working on UDFA while the draft is going on to try and get them to sign as soon as the draft ends should that player go undrafted.

It's funny how the media and fans keep bringing up a tackle, trying to indirectly push Dan Moore out. He said draft a tackle to play center 😂. Remember Jones couldn't beat Moore out at left tackle when the put him in during games. They sacrificed Chuks to play Jones, and he got burned plenty of time last year.

What talent washed up ben a running back that was injured yearly no one but bell had much success behind the line in those times.
Even brown had several injures that effected the teams success. We also lost are best defensive player permanently one year. Had a de retire early. Tomlin proved he can win and get us to to superbowl so i happy there does he have warts hell yes so does every hc out there including andy reid.
Bill only made the playoffs like he did because the the division was weak he got beat in so many conferences championship games it ain't funny

Mike Tomlin is on the hot seat. For anyone who doesn’t think so, explain how the Steelers have a HC who has no contract beyond the current season? He belongs on the hot seat. Tomlin is entering his 18th, and possibly last year as Head Coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He’s done very little since year 5. No playoff wins in the last 7 seasons, 1 home playoff win in the last 13. You can’t spin that into something pretty, it’s ugly. In Pittsburgh it’s unacceptable. Yes, Tomlin is a future Hall of Fame coach and has his streak of non losing seasons, but that’s not what the Franchise is revered for. It’s the 6 trophies. Pittsburgh is a Championship town, it’s not Cleveland
I don’t disagree with your assessment. However I honestly don’t think Tomlin cares. Why do I say that? Because if the Steelers fire Tomlin there will be 5 teams trying to hire him. If there were zero teams trying to hire him the Networks would be tripping over themselves to hire him and they would pay him a ton of money. So Tomlin would win either way. The media has put him on such a pedestal rightly or wrongly Tomlin will come out smelling like a rose no matter what happens! Personally, I think he is the most overrated coach in the NFL but what I think really doesn’t matter.
@@anthonypicano1670 If Tomlin coaches somewhere else, no one else will put up with this. In the last 36 years, only ONE other coach kept his job after 7 straight seasons with no playoff victories. That was Marvin Lewis in Cincinnati. I agree, Tomlin is the most overrated coach.

Other coaches won't win ever or period. Tomlin won and went to a SB just as much as Bill. Results have been the same 1-1 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ at least with Tomlin most of the seasons he's coached it's been an opportunity to be in the tournament.

We went into a game without AB and multiple playoff runs without Bell
This man got to 8-8 with a young Rudolf and duck hodges.. it's insane how the players aren't held accountable more
Because every year we get picked 3rd and 4th in the division and picked to miss the playoffs and have a losing record. ... none of that happens
We don't pick high in the draft EVER for a reason so other teams got better and were able to build through the draft for being so trash for years

@dewdesi every off season I go back and watch a lot of the games and noticed that if the offense take care of the ball then the team would have won plenty of games...Steelers vs Chiefs playoff game Ben couldn't throw it down the field but the defense kept us in the game...Browns vs Steelers playoff game Pouncy hikes the ball over Ben's head the Browns recover and score, next position Ben throws a interception, remember the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP game in the first quarter Ben throws a pick 6....if we had TJ in this pass playoff game I believe we win because they didn't play bad but the defense was missing that key piece....the coaches has nothing to do with those losses
And stop with the Tomlin cliches like " components" which he cannot speak more than a minute without using . Try winning Super bowls as a cliche Mike.
