Lol my Z900 does 0-100 (0-60mph) in the same amount of time. I haven't lost to anything under 100mph yet . These bikes are absolute monsters off the line.
its pretty bloody good. the 1st gen zx14's do 0-100 in 2.9sec and 0-200 in 7.8. absolute weapons. but when you get carried away with lots of power like these bikes, you sometimes find your hands getting tired from holding on so tight XD XD

There are people who will say that X technique is faster but the operative word is "control" here. That is a blazingly fast and didn't take a crazy amount of effort or rider skill to achieve. Thats the point of launch control.
No you've figured out the average Gs to accelerate from a stand still to that speed in 10 seconds, not the actual Gs one would experience 😅 In fact you cannot calculate the actual Gs per given speed/time/distance (apart from average) as this would require some more variables. Use a device like a Dragy/VBox/your phone instead to measure actual Gs.
It isn't that good. There's people that can launch slower bikes than this to a faster start the old fashioned way. This is a gimmick check list item they need to have for the segment/in price point. I hope that most people that buy this bike are experienced enough to manually launch faster than this launch control does or else they're insane for buying such a powerful bike and depending on electronics to save them
i would not blame the launch control i would blame the dude who has launch control on and still uses clutch to launch it. he is using way to much clutch here

100kph in first gear is standard for almost all big-engine bikes. most sportbikes in the mid 90's were capable of putting out 120kph in first, with Suzuki's "Hayabusa" reaching 155kph in first. and that was nearly 30 years ago :D

I ride a zh2, and honestly the traction control works just as good in regular launch. Amazing bike! Love my big Z!
Honestly this is very safe compared to regular clutch, i actually applaud it if i'm honest, smart little bit of tech.
These bikes are way more fun than people can even realize. They can be had for a pretty decent price too. A comfortable missile. I Love mine.
