I didn't used any pokemon for the fight, but just using the massive tree in the middle to block out all of the Kleavor's attacks and spamming balms.

@@sagesixparties7217 Dude, Kleavor literally chopped down that tree like it was nothing
Tip: If Kleavor is too hard for your Pokémon to beat, just take his frenzy out with the balms, and don’t send in Pokémon. Just try to dodge his moves and throw balms until his frenzy stops. You still get EXP after beating him even though your Pokémon did nothing.
I never once pulled a pokemon out for the kleavor, liligant, or electrode fights
After playing Breath of the Wild recently, I just noticed that at 1:22, Kleavor's spinning animation is similar to how Revali's during the cutscene where Link remembered Revali
It's like a mix of breath of the wild and pokemon mystery dungeon.... With a hint of diamond and pearl 😅

An interesting thing is that he chops that tree jumps in the air does a little spin and then as he hits the ground the tree hits the ground too

@@1000-THRI am kinda doing that, lol I'm three stars away from getting them all, I am watching various videos on mechanics of the game while trying not to spoil to much of the game even if I know a little bit via osmosis
I find i enjoy trying to catch alpha pokemon in regular poke balls, and recently got into a area accessible by the stantler evolution by trail and error, soon I'll try catching the flying garados or staraptor , i'm having fun not playing the story, lol

couldnt figure out the battle part so i just tossed 999 scented bags at it, took 4 attempts.
well the first time I went into this I forgot to read the rules. needless to say I was very dead in about 2 minutes. lol. thanks for the video. I think I can win now!

Do your pokemon have to be a certain level? Still trying to get past this bit for how just EV training my mons
EV and IV did not exist in this game. only efford levels. and those efford level can be gainied using some kind of rocks.

Well Jupistar gamefreak planned on murdering all their weak Pokemon if we didn't take training on our pokemon seriously and never evolved em T.T
Kleavor showed no mercy to my ass as I tried my best to take out his hp I couldn't even dodge that well to avoid damage I had to restart or save or resume from the rest of his hp being taken down of course I had to rely on my Pokemon to slap him or I dunno what of course I used the balms I just looked ridiculous either way dat boss went down i was like m k finally. T.T

No, but you can evolve a Scyther on your own. This specific Kleavor is a sacred pokemon to the clan that lives there so you can't take it.
I see their made some twists to the combat system... after 20 years....
but hey I did not think I would say this but I am indeed a little impressed, I did not expect these mechanics to be so seemingly complex
so what happens, if they knock out the player, I take it, that´s game over?
if you pokemon all wipe out in a wild battle, you have the option to run away from the pokemon and revive them. If the player himself wipes then you black out and get taken back to the main town. You lose some items and money. Same goes for boss battles.

If you go K.O in the wild you lose some of your items and get send back to the base camp. If you go K.O against a Noble Pokémon you can restart the fight with eather the Noble being back to 100% of its HP or the amount of HP it had before you went K.O its your choice.

@@umukzusgelos4834 i wouldn't say Nintendo is handholding because other Nintendo IPs games like Zelda Botw, Metroid Dread or Xenoblade Chronicles 2 don't hold your hand at all. Its Gamefreak again whos handholding the players, because Gamefreak is thinking that there players are stupid.
Things would look so much diffrent if Nintendo would just buy the rest of Pokémon from Gamefreak so Nintendos studios like Monolithsoft (developer of Zelda Botw1/2, Xenoblade1/2/3/X, Splatoon1/2/3, Animal Crossing NL/NH etc.) could develop the game but thats saddly not going to happen. 😔

Ya know you dont actually have to use your pokemon to battle him... and that way none of them faint. Inoticed you still get the EXACT same amount of XP and you just use the infinite bean bags 💁🏾♀️
Most Pokémon vs Pokémon battles are optional in Legends Arceus, even the elite Pokémon don't need to be battled to be catched.
Okay, but consider: levels don't matter half as much as effort values and actually battling the Noble is fun.

for me Kleavor and Liligant were the easiest boss fight, arcanine and electrode a pain in the ass
