You had me at ‘structure’. Already queued up.
lol! Hope you like it!
@@chris-piascik it's great, I've actually got your classes playing even when I'm working on things unrelated to art because I find your style helps open up creativity generally, helps focus my adhd to the task at hand, and then later I'll sit down and put one of your suggestions or tips to paper. iPad.
And my lettering has improved markedly since I discovered your content.
Can you explain canvas sizes?? I’ve been using procreate but definitely trying out fresco.
I explain that in this video: czcams.com/video/njRuEjBGU2Q/video.htmlsi=_mpsolLJuSgAvqTa
@@chris-piascik thank you!!!
Hey Chris, are you using Fresco in the class? Do we need it, or will Procreate / sketchbook and pens do?
I am using fresco in the class but I made sure to make it so anyone can follow along with a different app or just paper and pencils/pens.
@@chris-piascik Great! I have just resuscitated my Skillshare account :D
Hey, I’ve been watching a lot of your videos since I got an XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro and an iPad. I’m not sure if these two are considered the same art form, but I wonder if your class would help me improve my graffiti-style text. I’ve recently started drawing again after not doing so since high school. I love your videos, and I’ve already incorporated some of your tips into my graffiti-style lettering. Do you think the class would offer additional tips that I could use? and would you consider these two lettering styled art the same thing or not i dont know i feel like some ppl would say no but i cant 🎨
Hey thanks so much. I think that it would be helpful. It shows different ways to combine words into a composition, and different ways to create a structure to use as a guide when creating stylized letterforms. All of this would be helpful regardless of the style you’re working in.
That final PLEASE is worrying me. You ok? /j
Hope the course went well and more people join your class!
lol thank you!
Hey man, I love your text and all that fun stuff but I'd rather have a little fun class on your characters and other doodles :) think about it big boy
Hah I’ll think about that. To be honest I have a hard time explaining the process for that, it feels so random, but there must be something there. I loosely talk about it in a video on here about “my style”.
@@chris-piascik thanks man I'll check it out 🌿🎒🟤🦆😛
Is it on Skillshare
