To millions on earth, the only Dr. Kizza Besigye they know is the one supposed to be President Museveni's lifelong enemy. Dr. Besigye is read out at 7:18 and he appears in the behind row at 7:33 when they were reading Maj. Kajura Bitarikire. Please review and in comments correct the error.
