What is the red/grey wire? I don't find anything to connect the red one from the amplifier...

Hello Gobi, the red wire on the signal booster connects to the positive lead on the back of the cigarette lighter in the glovebox.

need help finding the connection point behind head unit, I have looked all over and can not find this connection I have a SL 2018 model, any one can help?
