WINDOWS 7/10 FIX OUT OF RANGE MONITOR ERROR PROBLEM

If your display resolution set to outside the monitor’s range, you will come across this problem. As Windows 10 removed the ability to get to the boot screen via F8, you will need to resort to using a different monitor to get into windows. Please watch the steps to fix it up.

Please try to follow the simple steps. Use external pc monitor and connect to vga or dvi input to be able to easily check the range settings of your video resolution.

Well I connected my pc monitor to my laptop using the same converter and it worked fine .
But when I connect any cast then it show no range error.
So is it that anycast isn't supported or maybe converter needs 5v input to work?
Cause the one which I have , does not have power slot., But there are other in market which have 5v slot to the converter
