Tops mini sling final thoughts and mods

Well I lost track of how many shots put through it but it was plenty to find out what I needed to improve. The frame is bombproof no issues whatsoever but the bands tend to have some sort of degradation (some people have had them fail almost immediately)
It's either the oil they coat the frame with OR whatever the leather is treated with that effects the bands IMO
I left it out of the sheath and upgraded the bands to bands from Ooak forge and have not had another issue with band failure.
All in all it's a great slingshot, lots of fun.

I've got a new theory.. so restrung the sling didn't use the leather case!! I think the premature band breaking is from hitting the FORKS!! I've noticed the side that has chipped powder coat is the same side the bands keep getting peirced.. must be the culprit 😢
