I will definitely make this using the the Campbell's Mushroom Cooking Soup. Thank you for the inspiration to use it. When I was looking for demonstrations on CZcams of people using the "cooking" soups by Campbell's, I couldn't find it anywhere.

I am glad to see you wash the mushrooms. Most tell you not to, but I feel better when they are washed with water . Hate to bite down on dirt!!!!!!!🐾🐾🐺
Thank you! Sometimes people don't agree with me, but after working some years where I prepared large batches of mushrooms, it's one thing I insist upon. I rarely even order mushrooms in a restaurant because I always wonder if they were washed or not. LOL.
I made this tonight for our dinner tomorrow....OMGNESS!!!! It was sooo good!!! I added chicken meatballs an green beans, can’t wait till the Fam tries it tomorrow! THANKS for another great recipe idea!! A++++

I checked in FOUR stores in my area and NONE of them sell the Campbell's Mushroom cooking soup, so I will have to substitute it for something similar😪.
So if you can't find the cooking soup, it is very similar to cream of mushroom soup, perhaps dilute it with a little water. That should give you the same kind of results.
@@PastaWord I found Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup for cooking, so I used that and it turned out very good. I thought it odd that NO store carries that can of soup you used, but we cooks improvise. Thanks for the tip and the recipe.
your mushroom pasta looks delicious... will have to try the Campbell's cooking soup. I'll add sour cream at the end, to make it more like stroganoff.
That sounds good, Susan. Sour cream would make it very nice. I noticed there are even more cooking soups coming out now.
When the morel mushrooms come in, I'll have to try this with them :)

@@PastaWord they are really rare wild mushrooms that some people pay good money for. I just hope this year they're pleantyful 👍
This looks awesome I'm definitely going to try it also in case you didnt figure it out by now that model of instant pot has keep warm at the end of cooking by default you have to turn it off each time you do pressure cook if you dont want it to keep warm thats why it had so much pressure when you released it the time it displays after it hits 0 cooking time is the amount of time it's been keeping warm I just hit cancel when cooking time is finished or turn the keep warm off before I hit start but that is an awesome model of instant pot I'm sure you'll love it try the ultra setting for sous vide you will not regret it 😁😀
