This is all done on an RS7000? Did you use any external compressor or other processor?
Hey, thanks for your comment! No, this is all done inside of Ableton Live using a variety of software synths, dynamics and FX processors, and techniques that were not available 22 years ago, when the RS was released. :)
I would not know how to create something like this on the RS, or any groove box, really.
