Yes, Melody Cristea does do whistle notes, she can also do opera, throat singing, play the bass, and the flute, and paint.
She turned 21 in December, 2022.
This is the song they open their concerts with and they increase the energy from that point onward.

Welcome back to Liliac you have a lot of catching up to do . They have matured a whole lot since your last reaction and as you have observed they are just getting better and better . They've done a multi city US tour released new original songs a couple of tribute covers and attended a music festival in India they changed their look months ago and have been writing and recording their new and third album of original songs , other than that they've been pretty quiet ,and yes Melody has dabbled in Mongolian throat singing. Checkout their tribute cover of Whitestripes SEVEN NATION ARMY made in their new basement studio . FANG4LIFE RORH

At last, someone GETS IT! She does whistle notes WITH distortion. Now, dear Kelly, name me ONE other singer that does that! I don't now anyone else. Isn't that GREAT performances ? From all! From all. They just just need a break from the industry, someone who will see them as they are and they will be VERY big. Big venues will be next! And they completely deserve them!

Ok, you started off by asking what happened to her hair. That means you haven't seen their cover of Seven Nation Army. Must See. Most of them cut their hair leading up to the cover of that video. The production quality has been steadily increasing all along but they've grown into a serious headline act. Don't know when the last time was that you looked at them; but, I'd highly recommend the 7NA track. I think everyone else has also filled in gaps. They been busy. Third album on the way.
