Between 11:20 and 11:21 the game shows you an interesting card art.
It doesn't really matter, but: The better choice for the ultimatum against jodah would have been Gin-Gitaxias.
"Seven Cards they can play for free" > "one card a turn and untapped mana (they don't need that anymore)"
Once you factor in Orrery drawing with Jodah it's a different story, as they could easily win on the spot with Approach.
Land Ramp is just one of those things that FEELS good. May not always win the game but I sometimes I just like having a lot of lands.
I love the brawl videos and I was entertained all the way thru, been here since magic duels so thanks for the great content

Wow, I try to be a hipster Commander player to the best of my ability usually, and Jodah is a pretty popular commander. But that game was so cool it makes me want to build with him anyway lol.

Maybe Questing Beast DOES have some synergies with this deck. Who knows whats hidden in the depths of its card text?
19:43 didn’t matter that much but you could’ve stacked the triggers differently so Henge’s resolved first and Pollenbright Druid also got to grow itself with its proliferate trigger
I've been running this deck for a while, although a less focused build doing all of the modification avenues. it's very fun.
love how much Kodama discounts it's own Commander tax too, if anything connects. have had games where i recast it four or five times with no issue.
Yeah, it's a deck that can snowball very quickly.
That Jodah matchup reminded me why I instantly scoop against these 5c good stuff piles... God they're annoying to play against

I immediately netdecked this LVD deck, using Ozolith in place of a rare I don't have. Against a Chainer deck (obviously netdecked from LVD too!) oppo had an Archfiend of Ifnir (who puts repeatedly -1/-1 counters on each of my creatures!). As my creatures died, the -1/-1 counters piled up on the Ozolith, ready to be given to another one! It was awful ahahahahah

In match 3, was there a way for you to trigger Great Henge before Pollenbright Druid, so it enters with a counter and then proliferates?
Iirc both triggers are on ETB, so you could arrange the triggers so Great Henge goes first and Pollenbright Druid proliferates after that
I can't help but roll my eyes whenever I see someone playing 5 colour good stuff. Where's the creativity people? Must've really strained the brain putting all the best mythics & rares into a pile...

I see a pattern here... WotC is making blue control too darn strong with all these control cards. Okay, in standard you still have a chance but in historic play it's pretty much over if you encounter a good blue/white control deck. Maybe a good start from mono red aggro or white aggro stand a chance here... but if you even play a mid range deck I guess it is too slow.
