As a product software developer, this whole podcast was really insightful.
Looking forward to hear from these guys and more such people.
Thanks a lot for giving your time and helping the next creators build amazing products
Wow! This podcast was my best time investment!
But hey why did you cut it abruptly?! Please upload the next part!
Talking about product and design, I’ve been watching a bunch of Lenny’s podcast videos but they cater to US market. India is built different. It’s tough to crack Indian market.
There are International brands who came with the dream of conquering this region, only to find themselves either shutting shops or changing their brand offering.
So learning how these folks observed, applied and cracked Indian market makes this podcast super insightful.
Thanks for sharing! Pls upload the next part.
I love how they all are great conversationalist... nobodys interrupting anybody... you start.. you learn.. amd it ends... every idea just flows in a circle with everybody pitchin in... perfect design for a podcast... 😊
I have seen Munz's band The Down Trodennce playing in Mumbai, they are tore the venue in half. Huge fan of their work, good to see Munz killing it today in design domain.
finally a podcast which gives some practical learning rather than motivation and sales strategy, thnx man, i myself figuring out how to make a good user app and this means a lot..
Great discussion. So many insights about product design and decision-making. Thanks for this and hopefully will get a part 2 with all of them.✌

loved this! please upload the next part too soon
Clear and authentic talk 🎉❤
They are the guys behind design i.e. how an app would look and feel. What kind of dopamine would a particular color or flow get triggered in a user's body...they decide that!
Please dont paint the wrong picture. Its the tech engineering that is the brain and the master mind behind these complex, scalable, highly distributable and highly available systems...
Absolutely, it's crucial to recognize the collaborative efforts of both design and engineering teams in creating exceptional products. While designers indeed craft the visual and experiential aspects that can influence user engagement and satisfaction, it's the engineering prowess that lays the foundation for functionality, scalability, and reliability. Together, they form a symbiotic relationship, each essential for delivering a seamless user experience. However, it's essential to remember that even the most technically sophisticated systems wouldn't be successful without a deep understanding of users and their needs. Tech engineering might build the infrastructure, but without insight into user behavior and preferences, those products might go unused. It's this fusion of technical expertise and user-centric design that truly drives innovation and ensures the relevance and effectiveness of the final product. Moreover, UI and visual design, along with interaction design, play a vital role in bringing delight and emotion to users. They create the aesthetic appeal and intuitive interfaces that evoke positive feelings and enhance user satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success of the product.
part 2 needed

Srinath seems like such an awesome guy
Why do you think eventhough parents who are into 50plus cant use present day apps which are used by youth mainly. How can we somebody make it easy or feasible so that they can also use considering language factor
What is the product mentioned at 1:18:11 ?
It's crazy how many interruptions there were during the podcast
Can someone summarize
Part 2

Mukesh Bansal is the founder of Cult. He's not on this podcast.
Swiggy has one of the worst user experience on the app, better than Zomato is the only reason they're surviving

Consumer success has nothing to do with Design , its all about utility. Plenty of well deigned app with no utility. And plenty of hit app with shit design, irctc, indiamart, tally,
