These BDB are Onnit monsters with this podcast so hilarious ha lmbo w/ the Dare story. I feel like I can always relate my real life with this podcast which is great cause not all the time that happens, like you can listen to something and be like yeah that's great but cant relate to it. I remember Dare as well never liked the whole Dare lesson and the cop we had was only on the job for like 5yrs Mr Cook. But what I liked most about Dare was that every yr they had for the Elementary school 5th/6th grade was the "Annual Roller Skating event".It was so fun they gave us pizza, ice cream and they even had prizes you can win as well, and of course music while we skated McHammer was playing "Cant touch this" loved that song.Have a very bad habit of laughing at someone if they fall or get hurt I just start cracking up at them and don't even do it to be mean.Very embarrassing story I have was at the mall w/ my friend in high school cant remember which store. And you know back in the day they had these round racks of clothes and they use to spin well I was looking at some clothes on these racks. I guess one of the screws were lose on the pole I turned the rack and all of a sudden the whole entire rack falls over, not only 1 rack fell but 3 more it was like a domino effect. The whole entire store stopped talking and everyone looked at me, my face was red and I ran out bursting out laughing my friend following me. The next thing I know the store manager is there yelling to me its ok you can come back in now, im like I wont be back for a while. Cant wait until tomorrow #UFCNewJersey im so stupid I should have went its ok next time at MSG ill be there. Going to check out at the movies tonight "True Story" w/ James Franco and Jonah hill have a good one. :)

Coming from an olympic weightlifting background and competed on a very small level I can assure everyone it is IMPOSSIBLE to medal in the olympics for weightlifting without juicing. Every Country Besides USA gets tested BY WADA which is a joke. The U.S. weightlifting team gets tested by USADA which has very very stringest testing. Which is why you will never see an American medal in the olympics for weightlifting. USA is so far behind on a strength level hmm i wonder why. Not hating on brendan i just dont think he knows the politics when it comes to olympic sports.

The Kids rant on steroids in weightlifting was fairly ignorant, of course there are steroid use in the sport but I know for a fact the American lifting team is not juicing...if we were juicing we would be as good as all of the other countries.

He was on a mixture of different drugs, and fell asleep. He threw up but was so knocked out that it didn't wake him up. So he basically drowned in his own vomit.

one thing I noticed that's not normal, 30 minutes in. both of you seem to have less energy than normal, especially schaub.
im cutting right now. dropping some fat. eating about 1600 cals/day. lost 55 lbs already, need to lose more still. obviously started at higher calories, and slowly dropped from there.
ANYWAYS, my whole point is that I've noticed less energy in general with myself. my gf has noticed as well too. now im in good shape, so my workouts are good. obviously better cardio, better breathing, quicker overall, as there's less weight to carry around.
BUT, definitely less strength, less reps for weights i'd previously lift. the main reason im writing this though, is because schaub is going to be cutting weight, and believe me, the energy levels are going to TANK, hard.
if you're doing a cut to lose some real weight, with lots of cardio and lifting. the results are great, but overall you will feel tired and lethargic more. I personally am taking more caffeine and energy boosters to get me through, and I do ok. i'd be a zombie without that shit.
eventually when I get to my goal weight, I plan to eat a little more and be more balanced. as with cutting, you need to be under the maintenance/calories per day.
the problem is though, that schaub's personality and energy is going to continue to plummet and the show will do worse I feel. no one is happy and excited and content while eating -500 or more calories/day, with a heavy exercise routine.
look at chuck liddell, forrest griffin, all these guys that cut weight. during media days when it's close to the fight, they're all naggy and irritable. getting annoyed easily and low energy. forrest even said later it was due to the weight cutting and it sucking so bad. it's how it is for most people.
anyways as a fan, hopefully schaub's personality on air and energy doesn't tank too much. but I believe it will. it's probably what was an unforeseen side effect of the change.
