Well for Amtrak you can use the tracking map. Early in the day you will see Q442. Later in the day after Amtrak P092 you will see Q046 and Q441. Between all of that there might be a few locals. Plant City is getting less and less trains.
Ok I will check it out, can probably lead to me going.
