I have been watching you for a couple of years. I am a Gas Safe engineer and I have learnt so much. It is a simple way of training which it makes it easy for me to understand and apply. With modern boilers coming out with lights and codes that sometimes can be misleading and stressful but your methods of testing components are brilliant. So thank tou.

The instructions are not always easy to understand either. Thank you so much for watching. Are you going to installer this year? Thanks.

Nice one Allen in my opinion I usually say someone doing services in under one hour it's not had a real good clean. I generally take 1.5 - 2 hrs but that's just my way others would disagree cheers for the update on the Vokera.

Hi Allen, love your videos as I find them very educational and interesting. I'm glad Vokera sorted out the problems, I think it's correct that it is a few years old and poorly installed and maintained. As for a future boiler, that would depend on your heating and hot water needs. If it is just a swap in my opinion eiher Baxi 800, ideal Vogue max or maybe the new Viessman 100 that are Hydrogen gas ready.
    Just a layman's opinion.

Could it have been a second hand boiler sold as new by the installer? I mean, chances are the home owner would never have known they were getting a used unit. From the outside it would look new to a customer.

I had a new easy heat ci fitted last week. When internal clock set to auto it won’t turn off. Re programmed timer three times now and put back in default mode. But still will not turn off when even selected to off on the clock. Any idea what’s wrong ?
I don’t have an external clock yet.

Hi Allan, called to Vokera Easi heat today and noticed first thing no pressure but boiler worked ok for hot water i have recommended a new pressure switch, but do you have any opinion that it could be anything else like PCB. all analyser reading are ok.

My guess is:that your new boiler DEFINITELY wont be a BAXI - I think you will be tempted with an IDEAL VOUGE C32 gen 2.
