Cha Cha Toe Heel Swivels/ Guapacha Figures

May 2, 2024 Lancaster Community Center, American Rhythm Cha Cha, Silver level. Thank you Hemali for demo assist and Darrell for the video! We started with the toe heel swivels, spoke about the swivels we did last week and demonstrated how to do them in a stationary position instead of travelling. We worked on the Guapacha timing and put it to figures. We did it in the basic, cross over breaks, cross body leads and underarm turns! Lesson was taught by Jym Cole of Sunstrike Dancesport.
