CHA CHA SWIVELS

April 25, 2024Lancaster Community Center, American Rhythm Cha Cha silver level. Thank you Hemali for demo assist and Pat for the video. We started with Guapacha timing and gave some examples of it's usage. We did the basic, crossover breaks and the Aida. We moved on with swivels and sugarpush swivels. We did them as a traveling figures but they can also be done in a stationary position. Lesson was taught by Jym Cole of Sunstrike Dancesport.
