Hi Om sir, today I had my presentation for English - I'm in year 10, living abroad india. As usual, when I first heard that I was going to have to present a story to my class, so I got that 'butterfly in stomach' feeling - I was nervous. This was 1 month ago. Soon, I put together a speech and revised it, a lot - thanks to Hanuman ji, I had the realisation that if I worked ahead of the class session, I would have much, much more time to practice. So I put together the script and memorised it - no problem. I still had that hint of fear, nevertheless I was much confident when I had fully memorised it. We had rehearsals infront of our peers, and I did it - and guess what? No butterflies in stomach. I did NOT feel nervous. That was the first sign. However, after watching my friends' presentation, I realised I needed to more so 'perform' the story to the class - like do the actions. And this was 3 days ago, 3 days before my presentation; All I was doing was 'reading out' a story, as opposed to criteria, to act it out. But all thanks to Hanuman ji, within the 3 days left, I easily picked up a lot of actions and found so much time to practice. In the morning, when I would be shivering with fear, I was very relaxed and had a positive mindset. I chanted 'sri ram jai ram jai jai ram' on the way to school. I had my first 2 periods, still did not get that unpleasant wave of nervousness. At recess, thanks to Hanuman ji, once again, I got a opporunity to perform in front of my peers, who positively recieved it - this was a confidence booster. At the end of Period 3, when there was 10 minutes left, I connected my bluetooth earplugs, and went onto CZcams, and search your Hanuman Chalisa. And I listened to it. I got another spike of confidence, and felt like I was ready. Period 4 was my presentation - I was first. (A few days ago, the teacher randomly selected names to go first, and the moments before, I was chanting, 'Jai Shree Ram' because I wanted to go first (I saw a lot of benefits in that, but this comment is getting too long to explain lol). So thanks to Hanuman ji, it went just how I wished - even the presentation. I did not feel nervous at all when presenting to the class. It went perfectly. All thanks to Hanuman ji. After the presentation, I personally asked my teacher for feedback. She loved it; however she did state my hands were shaking, assuming I was nervous - but I was NOT. My hands were shaking UNCONSCIOUSLY. Regardless, the positives outweigh this negative, and I was able to accomplish my goal - do the presentation with confidence! Jai Shree Ram! Jai Hanuman!!!!
