- We had this beautiful Porsche 997 Carrera in for a full refresh car detailing! We started by removing the old paint protection film (stone guards) and giving this 911 a wash. We proceeded to bring this paint back to life, giving it a deep paint correction.
We had the wheels refinished with new black powder coating and protected them with ceramic coating, replaced the lug bolts with a fresh set, and put on a new set of Michelin tires. We finished the exterior by polishing the headlights, turn signals, and tail lights and added a layer of protecting by applying ppf on the headlights, turn signals, and as stone guards.
Oh, and interior detailing, complete with a little dry ice blasting.
I absolutely love this color on the 997 Carrera. It has the perfect amount of sparkle in the light and just comes out stunning.
If you're paying attention, you'll notice we have applied a black Carrera emblem to the car. You might also know that Porsche did not make a black Carrera emblem for the 997, so we had to order a silver one and paint it.
Another great detail in the book to start your Sunday off right!
Enjoy the video, give it a thumbs up and consider subscribing!
Thank you!

Thanks so much!
In Brazil a famous detailer says: "0,0!" 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Never been a huge Porsche fan but damn if you guys don't make these rides look better and better! Killer job!
Thanks Craig! Glad we can convert you over to the P-Car way ;)
Those final shots say it all, completely reversing what's been done over the years
Another awesome job by Jakub & Crew! Happy Sunday!
Thank you! Have a great week!
Jake, you've taken it to the next level once again. The ultimate detailing for sure. Only frontier left is the complete disassembly/reassembly of the entire car with EVERY part getting your attention.
Cue the music (skies open and angels sing) .....
Hahah! Thanks for the kind words Peter! They are much appreciated
Nothing is impossible. That’s what I learn from your videos. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

Good video

Nice video
Thank you! We appreciate that
What compound do you use with your DA microfiber pad? Result its amazing
Stunning detail, what kind of cost would a detail like this be?
Hi, what kind of spot light do you have on the wall?
It’s too bad I am on the East coast. My 997 could use this level of service and quality work.
Where did you buy the rotating car table on shop floor?
Comprar um Porsche, não é comprar um carro, é comprar uma paixão.
Try using boiling water when removing old ppf. Should leave a lot less glue!
We use steam many times, depends on the condition of the ppf
I would rather use a steamer. A good one does the job + safes time imo
Love your channel. Why not just put PPF over the whole quarter panel rather than the stone guards? I took the stone guards off my boxster and did not replace them since the paint all around them is full of tiny chips. Why doesn't anyone make small mud flaps for the front wheels to stop the stones in the first place???
can you recommend somebody who offers similar services in Phoenix AZ?
Love the detail. but the silver wheels are much better on this car.
Just like new😮
Top
Haha am I trippin or did they ceramic coat the hood and then have to buff it off again for PPF? Pretty sure I saw em buff twice lol
Ok how much ?
I wish Porsche would build some more slant nose turbo's.
Same ;)
Amazing job, well done! That steering wheel though, really really cheap and bad retrim for this type of car.
Круто!
E excellent job! I have same car but cabriolet, could you tell me how much this service was? Without wheels services/tires. Wait, I’m sending an email at jakub
1!!
Круто
Amazing work guys but you put the steering wheel back in on the wrong side. Sloppy!
👍👍👋😎
A very impressive and thorough job 👍only let down by the awful “chav-tastic” 🤢 wheels.
Great video, especially since I also own a 997! Quick question for you. Why do you choose to scrape the old PPF off vs. pulling it off? In my case, I was able to successfully steam the PPF and pull it off along with the old adhesive though I've heard of people pulling paint. Thanks and here's my video for reference! czcams.com/video/O0IcnZ1JE30/video.html
It really depends on the condition of the PPF and how long it’s been on the car. Many times we are able to steam and pull the PPF off, but we still need to scrape the residue with a plastic blade to ensure we get all the adhesive off
All that beautiful work and then I see that auto gearstick 🤮
Idk about you but I’d still love to have that Porsche😍
Good in LA traffic 😜
Hi! I won the giveaway and am trying to claim my prize but I don’t know how to go about it. Could you please help me? I have sent you a couple of emails and even contacted via Instagram, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
