yeah l know now when he died and l dont know god to taked to him and l dont know what happened to him but the music of s club 7 will never to die and l remember before die my friends his wife borrow me the second CD of s club 7 and now she and his husband died
Cannot say how sad this is for me, this band has given me so much joy, even as I have never been a full-blown fan I enjoyed their music very much.

Been thinking about this classic song all day since I heard about the passing of Paul Cattermole. It's really sad. I hope his family & friends are given the space, respect & privacy they'll need to process things. My daughter was a big fan, I wasn't but, I thought they were a lot of fun.

Yeah for me it's their best single by far. Hasn't really aged imo, awesome beat great vocals and doesn't have the same "bubblegum" feel like most of their other stuff does.

So funny how this was considered teeny bopper music when it came out and nowadays it can be appreciated as a good pop tune when you compare it with today's hits.
Pretty much everything else they did was really saccharine teeny bopper music, then out of nowhere they put out this absolute belter of a party tune.

Listening to this in 2022 at the age of 27. This song is still such a banger after 21 years. Many happy memories dancing to this at primary school discos. Thank you, S Club 7.
The first album I ever owned. Played the thing to death, Think my mum hide it a few times. I was sooo obsessed I collected nearly all the magazine collection. And as you said hearing this at school discos was just the best.
I was lucky enough to meet Jo randomly when I was about 10. She walked in to a theatre in Essex (UK) for a drink and to play the slot machine with what I'm guessing was her boyfriend. She was lovely and gave me an autograph (sadly lost it over the years and different moves), still one of my favourite memories.

I haven't met any of S Club 7, but I did meet Gareth Gates once and he was a very nice, humble man. Met him outside of Wimbledon Theatre in 2000-something and as I say, he was a nice, humble man. I also remember his cover of Elvis's song, Suspicious Minds. It was nice to see Elvis's music being brought into the 21st Century. Thanks again for sharing your S Club 7 story. Such a cool one.
Iv always found it nice shearing with other fans. You normally get some fantastic stories. I loved gareth he was brilliant. And always love a bit of elvis (partly why lilo and stitch is my favourite Disney movie.
My mum has been lucky enough to me so many people. She did a lot of bar work in high end places in the 80s.she meet people like Bryan Adams, Phil Collins, and the ambassador of Jamaica. Had a great laugh with all of the.
She did show jumping for a while and was able to meet the Queen. She brushing down her horse before her jumps, bent over doing the back of the legs. Suddenly she heard "look at the hind quarters of the you filly" then a soft thump followed by a "Philip, behave yourself". Mum turned around and the queen is stood there with her hand bag against his chest with a stern look before looking at my mum and saying 'well he's really is a beautiful beasty isn't he' (the horse) gave him a big fuss and treats and wondered off).

I too love Elvis, he's my favourite singer. Your Mum is lucky too to have met many people. My friend's Dad has met many famous people as well, including the legendary English actor, Oliver Reed. My friend's Dad met Oliver at a party around 1980 and my friend's Dad said that Oliver was a really nice, polite man. Thanks again for sharing your story.

Who cares if it's cringe atleast it's fun to watch. The 80s and 70s were cringe too but no one says shit about it and enjoys the music. The video and choreography were inspired by 80s vibe not late 90s/early 2000s and this is way better than trashy videos we have today with women dressed half naked and twerking.
