I’ve said it before but the skills on this man! Adrian, A role model or teacher for any young person. I’m much older and I could watch you all day maintaining and improving your farm and machinery. I’m not a farmer or in agri either however It motivates me to keep a closer eye on my kit used around the house and garden. A sad time in your local community and a sound message Adrian to anyone watching, life can be difficult at time’s so watch over your friends and never be afraid to ask or offer help. ♥️ 🕯

I have seen some dark days in my life but with support of good family members i reached out for help and turned my life around. I am living proof that good things happen. Never give up. It’s just getting the message out there properly which seems to be the biggest problem. Covid hasn’t helped. Hopefully we will soon turn a corner

Don't be afraid of anything, especially asking for help, put yourself first! Ignore the voices of hatred, listen for the voices of care. We all have to take responsibility for our life choices and getting help is part of getting better.
Parents and people in authority are sometimes quick to scold and punish small children, rather than taking time and effort to explain. Perhaps the fear of being in trouble and not asking for help comes from that. We worry a lot about what others think, it's probably largely human nature.
We also sometimes unconsciously belittle people in our conversations, also in some popular media.
The fear and hurt that drives someone to this is real but the pain left behind after a tragic loss of life is awful.

Adrian watching your videos shows what you have to do on the farm ,born and brought up on a farm i was taught to look after your equipment. Condolences to the family and friends of the young man ,if your felling down dont be afraid to ask for help their is always someone who can help.
Those new lights do look good, and I also agree with your sentiments at the end. You never can know what is going on behind someone else's eyes, but it's well past the time that society rejects the stigma of talking about mental health. That it's okay to ask for help when it's needed, just as you would for anything else. But for the young man, I hope he is at peace, and I hope that his family can heal. 🕯
