Flying the stock 1104 3500kV Motors from DarwinFPV. Not the best by a long shot and not very reliable but very cheap at like 3$. They are so cheap they just break after time without crashing lol like they lose the magnet "ratcheting" feel and sound bad and don't spin up that high anymore.
Been thinking about getting some 1105 or 1106 but the GEPRC ones I found are out of stock EVERYWHERE and seem out of ouf production. At least the 6000kV ones that I want / need.
Do you got any recommandations for 11xx Motors for 2-3S / 6000kV with max 15A draw and good lift? :D
@@Nupid_Stoob Unfortunately I can't recommend any.. For some reason I thought you were flying a 5", cause it seems like you're running a 4s? I am currently rebuilding a used and fried 5" I bought from some guy and it had 1900kv motors, but he included a 4s battery. I'm nervous that it won't have that much power with 4s batteries, that's why I asked.. Good luck with finding motors, though!
@@underseer lol that is the 3 Inch Baby Ape on 3S ;) only the DVR Clips were my 5 Inch (which is a 4S one) since I had no way to mount the GoPro then and didn't get any HD Footage with it rather just flying it around
Yeah 1900kV sounds like motors for 6S buuuuut you can fly 6S Motors with 4S LiPos no Problemo! They just never reach their full potential if they won't get supplied with the current. It will be less powerfull and have less "punch" to it but it#ll fly!
Other way around you could set a throttle curve and limit the power that the motors draw so they don't burn out.
@@Nupid_Stoob I saw MrSteele's video on flying a 4S battery on a 6S drone.. Seems too underpowered for me, might just have to invest in 6S batteries and charger...
