If third-country nationals come to Luxembourg for a Master's program, can they bring their dependents?
Students are allowed to bring their dependents if they meet the requirements. Please get in touch with the Immigration Directorate for more information.
Is it necessary to proof that you will come back when applying for the authorisation to stay?
If you are going to study or work, which is usually a long-term residence application, it may not be necessary, but a visitor visa is definitely needed.

What do they mean that the application will be on a plain sheet and must be sent by post. Is it handwritten? Then send through DHL to Belgium embassy in Abuja?
This means writing your letter of application during the temporary authorisation to stay. If you are in doubt, please visit the website of the appropriate authority and make your own inquiries, or you can also email the Immigration Directorate Luxembourg.

Please, what if you sold some properties and you were credited just week before you send your authorization to stay as proof of fund, is it still valid??
I am sorry I don't have the answer to this specific question. As far as I know, you should have at least 17 317 euros in your account. However, I cannot comment on how you built your account. You can email the Immigration Directorate for more information
