Ingredients:
Olive Oil
2lbs Stew Meat
1 white onion, chopped
3 roma tomatoes
1 green pepper
2tbsp beef bouillon (you can also use salt)
1 tbsp ground cumin
Pepper
2 tbsp flour
3 cups beef broth (you can use water)
1 bay leaf
Lower heat to your lowest setting & continue cooking for 2 hrs or until meat has reached your desired tenderness.

An I use frozen bell pepper?
Instead of letting the water evaporate just dry off the meat really well with paper towels, crank your skillet up to high heat so your meat browns up good right away without releasing all that water.
Can I use chicken bouillon if I don’t have beef ?
