Good video bro .... Huge tip I Picked up and helped me out a lot after water fed brushing is complete is to put a cheap car washing mitt over small 6" Unger T-bar and applicator on the end of my pole great for getting into difficult stubborn stains from the ground without ladders and then also stick a fresh dry mitt on after and go over again gets rids of them water drips left behind that make it look like a half finished job and drys them clean before you leave. Rarely have to get the ladders out now but I understand if your doing the windows as swell and your up there a cloth works wonders ..... Keep up the great vids and work
Ah good idea actually mate. I used to use a towel instaed but does get stuck and fly off half the time. mitt is a good idea cheers mate. And thanks for the comment!
Love your vid,s mate it's nice to have someone who's so down to earth, peace bro!
Cheers Dave glad you’re enjoying mate. Always noticed half the people are either product pushing or being someone their not so thought I’d just try being myself!
Hello mate. Just watched your video. Another great job. I use gardiner brushes for all of my waterfed pole and softwash work. Specifically for gutters and soffits I use the supreme 23 cm soft flocked tapertec hybrid. Also use the swivel on the goose neck to get in every where. It’s a great small brush. Speeds up your work because it’s so lightweight and the bristles keep there shape and are soft so as not to scratch the plastic which the harder bristles can do.✌🏼
Nice one buddy I’ll get one on order right away. Anything to speed these up :D
Partridge Exterior Cleaning you’re welcome fella. Keep up the good work 👍
I wish you was here in the state of Georgia in the US your work is amazing I would hire you as well as my entire neighborhood!!!!!
Gosh I might have to move then sounds like a smart business decision 🤔
Marathon Watching 9/27/21 Sid, you are doing great, mate! 😉
Great video 💖💖
Ah amazing job yet again!😄 x
Thank you xx
Really nice job! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
🙏
Got the same problem with gutters tomorrow, full of roof grit .
From where you came you shall remain :D
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning Ha yea, i remember one poor customer, the streets cats used her roof as a giant litter tray.
@@englishgrandad3298 hahaha i remember
Another great job mate I have some plastic cladding to clean at the weekend what would you recommend just water I’m pretty new to that side of things
Water should be fine to be honest mate but to make it easier you can brush in some razr wash or ubix or even fairy liquid. Just squirt some on a wet brush head and scrub it in, leave it for a minute or so then rinse off
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning spot on mate I see all this crap online about use this chemical use that chemical but surely it will just clean with water and soap
Yeah there’s people using hypo to clean UPVC it just boggles my mind :D
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning a slight over kill isn’t it 😂 I only use it on my power washing jobs
Great job mate, how do u go about quoting for fsg cleans? I charge by the metre but for lower level work, bungalows etc I don’t charge quite as much as I would for a house. I just take the height into account really 👍🏻
Hi mate to be honest I price by how long I know it will take but it’s hard for others to know that who don’t do it day in day out but if I had to price one I was unsure on I’d go by meters or if it was the size of 3 average houses I would do for 150 a pop say I’d have £450 in my head but probably lower it to 350- 400.
Bungalows I tend to charge less too .
Thanks for the comments mate appreciate it 👍
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I charge £4 a metre to wash the fsg & £3 a metre to clean them out on houses & £3 & £2.50 for bungalows. I don’t get every job I quote for but I know how long these jobs can take & I don’t budge on price as I think I’m reasonable really. If it’s a big job & it’s one of my regular customers I may knock 10% off as long as the fsg aren’t green lol 👍🏻
@@neilpalmer9691 Yeawh similar to me also mate works at around £8 a meter for the full monty so glad to see prices are similar elsewhere too. Better for everyone if its all a similar price really, can get awkward when someone in the area does the lot for £20 :D
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I think that’s what some customers expect it to be sometimes 🙄. They don’t realise what it all entails. Like I said, I never budge on price, if they can get it done cheaper I’m happy for a fool to do it for pennies lol
Have you ever cleaned white dash on house and if so what did you use ? Love the videos
Like the white panels? Cladding? Or do you mean render/pebble dash?
Water or razr wash / tfr if needed for the first option
Scrub in biocide like algoclear, Benz or GKPRO through a wfp setup for the second option 👍
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning yea render pebble dash so tft mixed with water spray on then wash off? Or leave ?
On render and pebbledash use biocide mate, the main manafactures are all k-rend safe so just scrub it on with a brush, you can add a dash of fairy to it to help it stick more but might not be needed.
If not I believe you can use sodium hypochlorite but I’d double check first as I’m not completely sure
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning so just spray on
And scrub in and leave on dnt wash off that correct people always want finished new look every time
If needed cud i spray hypo on and rinse off but u say bioside better option
If you scrub it on through a wfp and brush it may agitate and stick better, it should work pretty quickly but do a test Patch first. You can leave the biocide on but if you use hypo then you’ll have to rinse it all off but will work quicker.
I personally don’t like using it unless I have to so up to you mate but just definitelytest patch either way 👍👍
Did what brush head is that and where did you purchase it pal
window cleaning warehouse mate its called the unger nlite brush head. PEC10 For 10% off on the site mate
Were you using pure water or did you use the razor wash
Just listened near the end you explained the water.
Nope just tap water bud and didn’t need the razr wash at all. Only ever use it on bad conservatory roofs to be honest but always carry it just incase:
